I know that this bank has received several negative reviews recently, but since I have started using this branch about a year ago, I have seen a dramatic improvement in the service.  The staff goes out of their way to be friendly, and the lines are always super short.  I feel like they are making an effort to improve the reputation of the branch, and I think it deserves to be commended. Keep up the good work!

Avalon is a snooty neighborhood full of women with nothing to do but complain in my humble opinion. I am disappointed to see only 2 stars. It's messed up since my in depth experience with the management has been amazing to say the least. Shame on you for complaining about issues and spreading your negativity cause ur bored.

The staff at the Ramona branch are all friendly, helpful people. There are certain things about WF in general that I have a few problems with but the staff makes up for it. Every time I go in, the waiting time is never long and everyone is so nice and when I have a problem they do their best to help me with smiles on their faces. They are wonderful to my children and I always have a wonderful experience. Thank you Samuel Fine for being such a great banker! Mark is great too and if I only knew everyone else's name- I would mention them as well. As long as this branch is staffed with these great people, I will bank here forever! Thank you all.

We moved to Utah from North Carolina just over a year ago and wanted to stay with Wells Fargo.  I had heard some negative things about the Centerville Branch but I decided to go with them anyway since they were my closest branch.  I am happy to say that my experience with them has been entirely positive!  Every time I walk in there the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.  I have never had a problem with any of my transactions.  Most of all the customer service has been top notch and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.  I would definitely recommend this branch.

Just spoke with Ken Francis today at Wells Fargo Bank, Escondido Main Branch.  He is the real deal.  He deserves lots of praise for handling an "issue" with grace and fairness that wasn't even his responsibility.  Everyone in this branch I have come in contact with is also very polite, personable and enjoyable to work with.

From personal experience I've had great business relations with the staff. As they have always been respectful, polite, aware of any financial questions I have. Most of the comments below are vague in description, "I had terrible customer service." Well what, exactly, was terrible? And have you ever through from the business side? Maybe the people walking into the branch have appointments, that's why "first come first serve" is still a saying.

If you have had such terrible customer service, don't go there. Maybe you're the worst customer they've had to deal with.

All I'm saying is, the branch is just doing their job. Just like you and I.

Perhaps i am an anomaly but my experience with the staff and branch manager was fantastic. Lori helped me with everything i needed and even though they were busy, she took the time to answer all my questions.

I've been with WF for approx. 8 years. I have been broke through most of it-disability isnt an amt. ppl can live on. I was overdrawn,out of luck in direct deposit advances,and still owed more. I talked to the 800#, but they were no help. I needed help managing my tiny acct and still being able to afford meds for epilepsy and fibromyalgia.I was going to quit on WF because the main number and e mail contact wasgoing by a script-seeing an account # ,not a person in need. I went to the local branch and now:I will be at WF till a caring,competant woman leaves. Her name is DANNI CARTER.  She was very helpful, which is expected, but Danni went out of her way to assist me. Not only did she assist in my current problems there, but, she took extra time and helped me set up a realistic savings goal.I was truly at the end of my rope.I was ill, in pain, and could not afford medication I needed badly. I assumed I would get the usual company line when I went in, but Danni treated me like a person.She should be lauded for her patience,understanding, and extremely helpful suggestions. I was truly going to SSI ppl on Monday to move my SSDI direct deposit-but as Long as Danni works at WF-I wouldnt dream of going to Any other bank!To sum up,in my opinion, Danni and I were complete strangers, but she was more caring than my family and my friends.She gave me hope when she gave me her time-Ijust had to share my experience.I am not a WF employee-I do not care for alot of their rules and their 800 # reps-but :1 employee made a huge difference in my life.That is rare so I was compelled to sing her praise!

The Wells Fargo branch in Fountain Hills, AZ (inside of safeway) is amazing, I love the employees all of them! I say that b/c they switch employees quite often and not b/c they  get fired or quit but b/c of PROMOS; its annoying for me at first but the replacements are always wonderful I forget they were replaced lol.. FYI Maintain good relationships w/ ur bank(er) it pays off

I have never been to a better Wells Fargo. Everyone is so welcoming, three people told me "good morning!" They even offered me free cookies and bottled water while I was waiting for a free credit check.

Was at manasquan savings for many years before I stepped foot in this Wells Fargo.  Was actually surprised how welcoming and warm all the employees were.  After sitting down with the banker we uncovered a few other areas where I could save money and helped me open a new line of credit for my new Benz. Thanks!!

Ive been to this branch several times and have always been waited on quickly and with politeness. I had an issue with a branch in Appleton (118 State St) that after the teller processed my transaction incorrectly it overdrew my account and I was charged a $35 fee. Both customer service and the branch were very rude and unhelpful however after visiting this branch they reviewed my account and reversed the fee. They apologized for the other branch and were confused as to why I had such an issue.

This is the most professional branch of wells fargo mainly due to the change in management. The new manager Sahlim Sweiss should be commended on his customer service and the professional way he handles customers. This reflects down the line to his staff that are very helpful and professional. This branch deserves 10 stars!!!!!

As General Manager for a small condominium association,our accounts have been with Margate,NJ branch of Wells Fargo for several years since they took over from what use be Wachovia Bank. The service from both the inside tellers and from the drive thru tellers has been exemplary. The Branch Manager, Finance officers, and staff have been very pleasant, helpful and have assisted myself and the Association on many occasion.  The staff overall cares about customers, and they go out of their way to assist in meeting the needs of customers when ever possible.

My family and I have 10 accounts with Wells Fargo which includes our business account.  They have great rates and excellent customer service over the phone. They really act like they care and want to help. But the real reason for this review is to highlight the awesomeness of the service manager. She was standing in for the branch manager today in her absence. She was so professional and followered proceedures to the letter. What makes her exceptional is that she took the time and effort to resolve our problem!  I also think this location is the best nearest to where I live. Way more classy and professional looking! Unfortunately I do not know the name of the SM because the business card I took off the desk belongs to the BM...  But she is very kind (and Asian:)

I have not had any problems at this branch,...people tend to ONLY write about the negatives and not the positives. This branch is solid and friendly and helpful,..period.

I keep my personal, business and university alumni accounts here because of the exceptional service and value that Wells Fargo has demonstrated to me and my firm for over 24 years.  They take care of silly fees that get charged by mistake, always greet me when I come into the bank, are quick and efficient,answer all of my questions and make my banking experience an enjoyable one.  As president of my own firm I appreciate the service they provide my family and company, and plan to stay with htem for years to come.
