Liz and her staff are first class. Always friendly, efficient and fast. My only complaint is the reorganization and name change also resulted in changes in the online banking, which were not improvements.

The "TEAM" at the United Bank Woodburn Branch headed up by Suzan Ansary definitely is one of the most efficient and friendliest staff of any bank I have ever visited. I always feel like I am United Bank's most important customer when I walk in. When I make a mistake, such as on a deposit, they always politely bring it to my attention and then explain to me the best way to correct it. Likewise, they are always very patient with me when I need a further or more detailed explanation. The banking knowledge, leadership skills and inter-personal skills of Suzan obviously get passed on to her staff. It has always been a pleasure to take care of my banking business at the Woodburn branch

Poor Customer Service I come into the branch in Strasburg Va and one teller is helping a customer and the other teller is on a personal call and I had to literally wait for her to finish from what I could hear wasn’t an emergency call but rather a personal call for fun before she would even help me. The second worst experience at this branch .
