I have bank with us bank over 30 years and seen the name change 4 times I want to say  I love the people at Scottsville ky us bank they are so friendly and helpful feel they make the bank what it is today

This account started with a different bank but that bank was bought out by U.S. bank.  I have never had an issue with them.  I like that they have later Saturday hours.  unfortunately, the branch closet to me closed, but the other branch is not much farther away.

Today was my first experience of having poor customer service from a female teller.
When a customer nicely asks to break her $60 to “good” $5s, is it so hard of a request?  Is it so hard to reply, “I’ll see what I have and I can also check if we have good bills in the back.  Instead, I got, “This is all I have.”

I came in with my husband to add him to my account. We sat down to wait for the banker. We waited for about 10 minutes and no one came. I saw a banker sitting at her desk on her computer. I came up to ask her if someone will help us. She told me to go back to the waiting area and Nick will come out to help because she was busy doing mortgages. I went back. We waited for another 20 minutes and no one ever came. She could've helped us in 3 minutes and gone back to her mortgages, but instead she just kept sitting at her desk with us sitting right in front of her. So we ended up leaving.
In addition to this, there was only one teller with a long line of people in a middle of the day on a week day.
Hire more people.

We've tried to get an name and address changed on one of our accounts and the customer service people at St. Cloud US bank kept telling us everything was correct and didn't seem to care that we said it wasn't correct.  We went in several times.  Finally, we went to Monticello US bank to see if they could help us.  The cust service guy took the time to listen to our issue and after just a few minutes, found where the issue was.  I will go to Monticello for my banking, not St. Cloud anymore.

I was unhappy with my previous bank so I switched to US Bank. I opened a savings account and when I got my paycheck I went to the 17th and State branch to deposit it. My rent was due so I told the teller my account was new and I asked  if I needed to pull cash out to pay my rent, she told me no, the check would clear at midnight. I told my landlord she could cash my check the next day. I continued to check my mobile banking, thinking that since it was the weekend it may take a couple days to show transactions. When I checked my account on Tuesday, my paycheck had not yet cleared into my account and the rent check I provided my landlord had bounced. On my lunch break I went to the downtown branch where I was advised that because I have a new account and I deposited a large check, US Bank holds funds for 5 business days so my deposit would not be made available to me until Friday...
The next day I went back to the 17th and State branch and I told a different teller what had happened. Her name was Jennifer and she was so helpful. She took a look at my account and gave me a couple different options. She waived the overdraft fee and the returned check fee. She also wrote a letter to my landlord explaining that the check bouncing due to insufficient funds was not my fault, therefore getting my landlord's return check fee waived. Jennifer saved me around $100 in fees by helping me get these waived.
She also requested that the hold on my funds be taken off and my unavailable balance cleared within 30 minutes... two days before the downtown branch told me I could have the rest of my paycheck.
I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received from Jennifer H. on 17th and State.

I was forced to merge the with USBANK from First bank many years ago in a different state.  Knowing the people that work there enhanced my experience through the transition.
Years later I moved to Mn where I encountered the same friendly atmosphere.
The benefits of having usbank are great.  I now live in a town where usbank is an hour away and I never thought once about moving banks.  I call and they are there for me.   I can't appreciate them enough.
Thank you Princeton, MN staff.  You are the best. If you want good service and help when you need it. Get to know your bank staff.  They are people too.

I can really give this bank, all of them, an excellent rating with the exception of their mail.  I mail in a monthly deposit and it is ALWAYS at LEAST a week or more before it's credited to my account.  What in the world is wrong with their staff that is in charge of going through the daily mail!

I just got an address to send it to in St. Paul, Mn....
after a year of this problem, why wasn't I given this information before?

I love this bank. I know there is a wait at times but I see the patience the staff has with challenged and challenging customers. They handle rude clientele with sheer grace . They are so sweet to the elderly couples struggling to understand notices from the bank. I have gotten frustrated while waiting in lines as well but I am pleased to say that I continue to bank at this branch because of the remarkable customer service.

I've been a customer of this branch for more than 10 years now, and I have to admit I've had only positive experiences with them. That is up until recently when one specific teller was rude and unprofessional,  made me wait in line twice for something I shouldn't have, she definitely made me feel discriminated. I'll continue using this bank and branch, but definitely will not want to work with Keri again.

I have been using this as my home branch for about 20 years. I have to commend the tellers past, (that I remember), and the current tellers Jennifer who has been there since at least 2004, maybe before. I have gotten to know Jennifer, my being a customer who has had usual bank visit business and also have had to ask for assitance since my disability that happened in 2005 and affected my abilities in handling my own banking in person for a few years after.Jennifer has always been kind, helpful, and knew answers to any questions I asked.
Last few years have had the pleasure of dealing at times with the other 2 Tellers, Tuula and Paublo. They are always friendly and have a "I care" attitude.
I like the tellers, the hours, and the ease of getting quick service.
