Have my mortgage and a checking account with US Bank Wenatchee.  Doing the right thing, making my mortgage payments on time and trying to pay it off early.  I am now being charged a $18 monthly maintenance fee because my mortgage is under 25K.  I guess the fact that I have already paid US Bank $1000's of dollars in interest already means nothing.  Oh, and now I don't qualify for a free checking account due to recent changes in their account structure and they want to charge me an additional $7 a month for the privilege of accessing my own money.  Talked to a manager and was told, "Times have changed, and these are the fees we charge."  My response, "You only get to screw me once.  So I guess we are done!"  An absolutely naked money grab by another greedy bank.  US Bank Wenatchee has lived up to the BIG bank reputation of screwing over the working man.  I will never do business with US Bank Wenatchee and can only recommend customers find another option.  Unfortunately one person means little to these banks.

I'm a 60 year old lady on oxygen and can't get around well. So my grandson went to their ATM bank to get money and he left my card there the  um lady! Decided it was her duty to immediately cut up my only card. We found this out with in ten minutes of it being left there. And they she was the most uncaring hateful thing I've EVER experienced.   My cars was NOT from their bank. One would think they could if face me at least 24 hours to claim my card!!  I'm wanting her to be fired!!  She may have been a little to hateful to the wrong person !

I've had an account for over a month and still can't use my debit card because the pin hasn't came in the mail. The card took about 3 and a half weeks to get to me in the mail. I also was not aware when I made an account that for the first 30 days they hold $550 in the account that cant be accessed for a month. You get charged to send a check in using the mobile app. Terrible and excited to switch.

I agree with the previous comment from Awful.

I experienced the same issue with receiving a Debit card.. I had to wait 2 months just to get an actual card because everytime they sent it to me it wouldnt get sent.. so they finally let me have a temporary debit card after the first month of no luck.. and then i finally asked them to just get mine and my fiance's debit cards sent to their branch (to see if my address was just the issue) and they finally got it! it was hectic and finally when we got it, of course we couldnt use them immediately, we had to wait for the pin and OF COURSE the idiots in US Bank sent it to my address instead of their branch after telling them repeatedly that my address was the issue (for some weird ass reason).. and I ended up not getting it after a couple of weeks.. so they had to send it to themselves... AGAIN.. finally after another week or so we got it.. but after a week of using the cards with no issue.. our pin decided to not work for some reason. so we had to get it reset by using the atm. and mine has worked now for a good month without any issues but my fiance is still having issues so he always has to run it on credit.
So far not a great experience as far as that goes but I overall LOVE the bank, funny I know. I guess I just like chaos.

This branch should hire people with a brain. The staff at this location is rude, ignorant and just plain horrible! Never in my life have we ever been so disrespected like at this particular branch. They charge accounts a monthly service fee even when you have a direct deposit going through and then tell you it is your fault that this happened. The staff is always unfriendly here and never willing to help. Never again will I ever go through this bank. Will be banking else where.

I had a huge concern and issue with my check and money not showing up in my bank account after a deposit was said to be successful and accepted. I did not understand why I was standing in the negatives for my account so I made a call and the worker who picked up is named sam. She was the most disrespectful, impudent, and laziest worker and individual ever. She did not even help me in anyway and I really want her off the team and fired. Anyone with an attitude as her is not worthy to be on any team who gives beyond poor customer service, especially if it's our money that people like her are handling - I do not trust that one bit. I am greatly dissatisfied and I am going to go out my way to report her. Anyone who works in a bank setting should always show and take any situation serious and with an upright attitude.

I /we have been with many banks over the years (big & small). We have always been treated with courtesy and respect. They all go out of there way to help with anything we need. Always super friendly and helpful.  I would highly recommend this branch or any other branch 😀

I lived behind this branch in the grocery store so I opened an account with them.  From the beginning they took the time to go through all costs for the joint savings and checking and thoroughly answer all questions.
 I moved out of state and when the branch in KY stated they needed to put a 7 day hold on my payroll check unless the Wildcat branch approved it, the location on Wildcat Canyon Rd. validated my identity and the hold was reduced to 3 days!  After coming to CA, I've found the Bristol branch and personnel to be just as helpful and pleasant to bank with.
They have gained a customer for life!

I always have trouble getting things done at this branch.
When I first moved to iowa city area i wanted to change the address but they wouldn't let me cause "the proof residency" wasn't enough and I had to go back and forth till I just went to a different branch with the same document and they did it in 5min. When I sold my car and wanted to know if the Cashier check of the buyer is legit, the guy was too political and didn't give me an answer. The other time I was trying to deposit the checks for my company like I always do at every us bank and only this bank gave me a hard time, even when I was trying to deposit my on paycheck they wouldn't let me cause it wasn't signed and the manager lady didn't even said she's sorry and was rude saying "this is not a legal document!"

an unauthorized person (my boyfriend) wrote 4 checks on my account to himself and signed my name.  once I discovered this, I went to US bank and they refused to credit my account (even though I signed that I was the only person authorized on my account and they had my signature on file). they refused to credit my account and file fraud charges against him.

Went in to simply withdraw money from my checking account. Clerk ran it the wrong way once, and told me because she ran it and it didnt go through I had to DRIVE to CHICO to withdraw my money.  Tried to withdraw an amount that I had quadruple of in the account...super simple transaction. Went outside and ran a balance inquiry to show her i had more than enough funds...She scoffed condescendingly and walked away. I had my toddler with me and it was 108 degrees outside - ended up outside doing 5 seperate transactions to withdraw the amount I needed. Totally uncomfortable withdrawing that amount from an outside ATM, but the two ladies could totally care less.  So rude, so unhelpful, and so catty. I hope I never have to go back there.

we tried to get a lot loan through usbank and after showing them excellent credit scores, excellent income, a long standing history of employment in silverthorne, hardly any debt, still no loan.  
stay away and go somewhere else is my recommendation. this is an incredibly conservative bank.

Rude ppl. My atm card was stuck in the machine and they wouldny let me get it out because it had my dads name on it, on there system it said I was a minor, I showed them my I'D which clearly stated I was19. Bitch made my dad cut work, lose money, iI was without gas to get home, missed summer school: ending in a drop class, and had the nerve to talk shit Abt me in Spanish thinking I didn't understand. I seriously, I'm 19 and shouldn't have gone through that stress..  that bitch was so heartless, I waited three hours to get home because I had no money...

What on earth did you expect?  The card didn't have your name on it. It's called security. Personally, I'm glad they take such precautions. I'd want them to do that with a card with my name on it, son or daughter or not. And, anyway... since when is 19 a minor? Grow up, show some responsibility, and quit playing the kid card.

I am in the process of buying a house.. we are working with Amanda freeman. All started of great everything was going good we were suppose to close may 10... well it ended there. we have still yet to close everyday something new pops up and some reason closing gets pushed back.. 2 months later and still wait. to make things worse there is no communication. I call email multiple times and hear nothing back by the 3rd or 4th day we hear another reason why we are not closing.. Seems to me someone is dragging there feet. even today I email Amanda didn't hear anything back.. 5:45 comes around emails me tells me since its been so long our rate is no longer locked in and we have to rewrite or loan... well guess what rates went up today... so now instead of getting our 3.25 we locked in our 2 months ago we have to get a higher rate.... this is ridiculous stay away from these people!!!! This wont stop hear I will make sure I let every person I come in contact with know they stuff they have pulled.... I could go on and on about stuff they promised and under delivered on but I don't have enough time to vent.... STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

I had my account breached. I followed all the steps the bank told me to in order to secure my new account with them. They ended up connecting my compromised bank card to my new account and $250 was removed, unauthorized from my account and then they charged me $80 in overdraft fees because of a mistake they made. After being on the phone more than 3 hours and the branch 45 minutes, I was told I had to wait for my branch to contact me. It has been 5 hours. NO call and they still have my  money.  Avoid US Bank at all cost if you have limited funds because they will find a way to charge you due to their mistake and weasle out of reimbursing you. GO CHASE BANK

After not being able to reach me by phone one day, randomly,  (my number changed, no big deal right?) this branch at cave creek safeway, sent a letter to me stating that they are closing my savings account because they were not able to reach me by phone.  
The manager and staff lack the basics of logic and reason when it comes to customer account management.   Who hasn't had a phone number change, or an address change, and DIDNT immediately call their bank to let them know? Yes, pretty much everyone, but if you are a customer of USBANK at CAVE CREEK SAFEWAY, AZ, your failure to do so will result in your banking privileges being revoked and your value as a customer, unappreciated.

If they had given me more than 7 days to respond to a letter that I wasn't aware was coming,  I would have provided what they wanted obviously.  Its like they are so paranoid that if someone doesnt check in with them regularly, then something is remiss,  which of course is absurd, but thats how they act.
THIS BANK IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

These guys are idiots, this is my second review because I tried to reopen an account, so I went to one bank where they would have let me open right away which is on tropicana and pecos, and even on the phone they would have let me open an account, but then I wouldn't have been able to get a debit card right away, so I went to another one three miles away at Flamingo at Smiths, and was told by this arab guy that I must put in $25, yet the other two required nothing. I exhausted myself for nothing. Stupid disgusting morons. So they close my count for no logical reason, WON'T get my $500 any time soon, then require I have 25 right away after saying I didn't have to put in it.

I would like to give a less than 1 rating for the comedy of errors that have occurred for the vehicle title lien release.  If the sale of my vehicle goes thru it will be by nothing short of a miracle. After arguing for the past 8 days finally they gave me to someone who actually took the time to investigate my issue.  It turns out that the teller did not mark the right box of guaranteed funds.

I have been a customer of this branch for 6 years and have always been pleased.  Jessica is extremely professional and helpful, and all the staff cheerful and efficient.  They know me as a person and remember the kind of transactions I do.  Especially, I have contact them from overseas regularly and they work with me with great trust.

Even though I have other banks nearer where I live, I remain loyal to this branch.

Aren't you just full of yourself. Have no idea why these geeky bookworms think so highly of themselves? Take this guy for example, where everyone else lists the title of their post he puts the title to his name! "Dr. Dumby" come on seriously!? Just cuz you had no life and love sticking your nose in the books, so trapped yourself in college for an extra couple of years more than normal people, you walk around and hold your head up higher, with your nose in reachig for the moon."The kind of transactions I do.." what the heck does that mean, deposit a check, withdraw one money? Everyone else does that too Einstien. Now, either way of looking at this isn't good, you might have got confused and thought "Title" meant to state your full name, including "Dr" whereas it's meant to be the title of your post.. Nice they didn't teach you how to be observant and some common sense, obviously.. Or maybe your intention was to do some free advertising.. Anyone cans stick two letters in front of their name to make them feel all dandy and great about themselves, it's not like we carry around our diploma in our wallets for anyone to check for proof.
Take your transactions and stick it up your rear end, if you can get your head out of it first!

I had two strikes with the Hawthorne branch (both cases involved missing cash in the ATM deposit). I began using the location inside the Hen House on 135th until I received a new credit card, checks and a debit card - NONE of which I knew anything about.Nothing was explained, asked nor did I request anything close to a new account. I tried to zero my balance out and went into the negative, after which I went into the 135th & Antioch branch to close the account. I deposited every cent necessary to reach a zero balance. The teller told me he would personally close the account first thing this morning and told me he would call me immediately to let me know. I did not receive any phone call today and upon getting home to check my email. I am told I have a negative balance for the amount I gave him in cash to bring the account to zero. Furthermore, my account is still active. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????
Customer service is my business and being treated this poorly is inexcusable. I will tell EVERYONE I know about this. Just hope the nightmare ends soon.
I'm sorry, USBank, I stuck with you because it was convenient. But guess what? There are 8 other choices in the one mile radius.

I've been with USBank for a little over 10 years. The Pine River, MN location is excellent and I have had good experiences at other locations as well when I am not near home, but at the Pine River location in particular I always receive warm and helpful service from their kind employees who are patient with my questions and offer good advice when needed. My credit card rate with them is just so-so, but when I started that card at 18 years old with zero credit history I was probably lucky they issued me one at all so I can't say I feel like my rate should have been any lower. Years later (after using that credit card to actually build some credit) I got a fantastic rate on an auto loan from them, and they helped me through the paperwork so it was not stressful at all. They have good online tools which I use frequently. Most recently I had a sudden urgent need for a copy of a particular bank statement at the end of the day. I called them up as I was driving because I knew I wasn't quite going to make it before their closing time. They printed off the statement for me and had it for me in the drive-thru, despite me being a pest during closing time they were STILL bright and friendly and had me all set and on my way in seconds. For that I was quite grateful hence I thought I would throw out a positive review for them. I do business with two other banks as well because I like to keep eggs in separate baskets just in case, but I use USBank for my primary checking and banking needs because they are always a cut above the rest!

I knew I had made a mistake signing with US Bank after the first day. In fact, I tried to correct the error by asking if I could close my account (less than a week into it) and they said I would have to have the account open for six months before I could close it or else suffer a penalty. I should have taken the penalty and run.

The manager at the Maumelle branch where I opened my account is a special kind of RUDE... just nasty, and the other staff is dry and not helpful at all. When I opened my account, I wanted to do so using the name that I always go by... the one that was on my driver’s license, but she INSISTED that I had to use the name on my SS Card, which I stopped using years ago. She took me through a number of changes just to open the account. I looked past it because the bank was walking distance from my townhouse and I worked from home and thought it would be nice to have the bank that close. I thought I would be able to build some good rapport with the staff.  Please.

Beyond the rudeness and the dryness, they are masters at manipulating transaction to overdraw your account. I think it is the primary way they make their money, which means they are incompetent bankers. Maybe all banks are like that now, which does not say much for their ability to turn a profit without stealing from customers.

US Bank is nothing but a bunch of crooks and liars, they've forever lost my business. If they're willing to charge me for insufficient despite having more than enough money in my account then they can keep their $70 and I'll take my other banking needs- auto and home loans else where.
