Attempted to pay off car loan at this branch only to have Kimberly Santibanez provide incorrect information/wrong payoff amount, that prohibited me from paying it off that day. I explained she did not have the correct information in front of her; she insisted she did. She advised me to call the 1-800 for more info. The phone Customer Service agent confirmed the information I was given by Santibanez was in fact - incorrect. Not going back to this location as I have no way of knowing who else will offer bad information.

Redlands US Bank at Vons, has the most incompetent staff I have ever seen. The branch manager is never there and when he is there, the only answer he has for you is "I Don't Know"!!!!! I don't know where US Bank gets these people. If you are planning on opening an account at USbank take my advice and "DON'T" or at least Don't go there.

On occasion the waiting time can be lengthy. That is the only complaint that I could fairly give this location. The staff is exceedingly friendly. I don't understand how or why so many reviews are negative; it isn't fair to the polite, hard working employees who run the place.

I had two accounts here business & personal. Closed my business account in less than 6 months went to a credit union instead.After 5 years with my personal I will be closing this account as well. Rudest staff ever and when a unauthorized debit occurred and busted my account they charged me for insufficient funds and then $25.00 for negative balance fee. I even took them the check from my insurance company because they realized they wasn't supposed to take a debit policy was cancelled. The bank refused to clear the charges even though I showed them a dated cancellation of the policy and had the check from State Farm.They told me to get my money back from State Farm.Like their gonna give me almost $100.00 in charges the bank took. Don't ever use US Bank.

I have nothing but good to say for my experience at this bank in Holladay, Utah. Recently I had an attempted fraud experience with my checking account. First calling the bank and then rushing right down, they treated me calmly, reassuringly and professionally. I have nothing but good to say for the customer service that I have received. Though this bank location has been sold and changed numerous times, we have stayed at this location for over 30 years. Very happy with the customer service.

Wow..went into the branch today and got the worst customer service. Got there 30 min before I had to be at work down the road, first one in line, ended up waiting almost 15min and by the time I got helped, there was a line around the corner. No acknowledgment to let us know we will be helped shortly, nothing. The ladies behind me were complaining so I nodded in agreement it was taking awhile. When I got helped she said "Thank you for waiting patiently." I said "ya," then she said "Or at least TRYING to be patient." In the rudest way possible! Pretty sure she was a manager too. So I'm definitely NEVER going back to that branch. There rude, slow and have horrible customer service. If I was to go to the Bremerton branch, I would have no problem with great customer service.

My husband went to your bank yesterday and asked for $10.00 in quarters and was told that he was not allowed to have them because he was not a US Bank customer. I am so angry because this man was so rude to him. His name is Oscar. My husband is Native American and this was so wrong. I am white and I have never had a problem with this bank. Please fix this.

I would recommend you put your money in a Mason jar and keep in it the freezer rather than use this bank. The fact is, that this bank has horrible customer service, they are rude and mean to their customers and please don't try to get them to explain anything other than how they are going to charge you $7.00 a month minimum to use your own money! So do yourself a favor, don't do any business with them at all. Terrible people.

This Bank has been a terrible example for US Bank. We are so tired of this bank. When our account was hacked we never were notified by our bank and never helped as to what we needed to do. This happened twice. When we needed new bank cards, they screwed that up also.
Only one thing positive about this bank is one lady teller who is personable and caring. She should look for a bank that actually cares about those who depend on them.

This is a great bank! I have accounts in Fitchburg and also in Washington State and the customer service is consistently the same - terrific. Their CD rates are very competitive and because I have a few CDs in the bank, my fees are very little if any. Everyone knows my name and I don't go into the bank that often. Its a large institution that feels like a small bank. Use to do business with M&I and Associated but after all the surprise service fees, I said enough is enough. The best ever is the FlexPerks Visa account - I can get a airline ticket with almost any carrier I want, when I want for between 20 - 30k miles. And they give bonus miles for purchases. I highly recommend this bank.

When US Bank went in at the Safeway by my house I was happy to switch over my accounts and I am very glad I did. The service is fantastic and employees very friendly and helpful. When US Bank went in at the Safeway by my house I was happy to switch over my accounts and I am very glad I did. The service is fantastic and employees very friendly and helpful. ARTHUR IS A MORON, (and the new guy, Johnson is catching on to his idiotic and rude ways!) Arthur is so incompetent that my boyfriend completely closed all U.S. Bank accounts because of him. I'm through with them. I would gladly yell from the top of a mountain that I am leaving U.S. Bank because of Arthur, even though I've been with the bank since back when it was still Downey Bank.

My mortgage co. sold my loan to US Bank. I subsequently had to sell my home in 2010 and tried a short sale. US Bank's response was to send me a Promissory Note and only when I signed the Promissory Note would it accept the short sale. Really! The home was foreclosed on in December 2010. US Bank has reported to the credit bureaus that the foreclosure was in December 2011, said I still owed $11000, etc. I was able to correct the past due amount because once the foreclosure took place in 2010, I owed nothing! However, US Bank has failed to correct the date of the foreclosure to December 2010 NOT DECEMBER 2011. Will never bank with them or recommend this bank to anyone. All I can say is check your credit reports.

My mortgage co. sold my loan to US Bank. I subsequently had to sell my home in 2010 and tried a short sale. US Bank's response was to send me a Promissory Note and only when I signed the Promissory Note would it accept the short sale. Really! The home was foreclosed on in December 2010. US Bank has reported to the credit bureaus that the foreclosure was in December 2011, said I still owed $11000, etc. I was able to correct the past due amount because once the foreclosure took place in 2010, I owed nothing! Direct deposit of over 14,000 was refused by US Bank two times. The money was sent by SSD. I will never bank here again.

I am trying to get a loan release on a vehicle I am trying too sell. I have called three times and never can talk to the same person. I am extremely frustrated because I want to know the status. They tell me they can not fax it to the DMV. What is so hard about faxing the loan release to the DMV. Why can't I talk to someone that can get things done. I will never use US Bank again. They appear to be the most unorganized incompetent organization I ever dealt with. Hopefully someone with authority will read this and straighten out this mess. This the 21century. You should be able to scan and email a release form or fax it. Think of the cost saving of not having to mail the form.

I do agree. They wouldn't let me fax a $1000.00 check from an insurance company t fix my car. They had to have the hard copy in hand. Now they don't know if the check has been returned or not.It seemd to be lost, they don't even have the date it was received or sent back to me. Don't ever do business with U.S. Bank

Many dmvs will not accept a faxed lien release and are switching over to electronic titling meaning. In that case the lien would need to be released electronically by the bank after the payoff clears which is usually 10 business days or 2 weeks. Most states mail out a paper title once they receive the electronic release, but if you have not gotten it, contact the dmv. If your dmv if saying that a faxed release is ok, calling customer service and having them put a fax and the dmv agents name that said it was ok is helpful. There may be many reasons complicating your situation like who's name it is currently titled in, if it is a lease buyout and titling is still being worked by dealer/dmv, etc.
