I went in to cash my check been going there for years. Never wanted an account had one at wells fargo. Then I notice this well dressed young man (Sheik) who asks me why? Then started asking questions about whats matters to me. The $5 dollar fee never bothered me. He really listened to my needs! He is well educated and very bright for his age. I've read a lot of bad reviews and some I think is people being true  but this new banker is something else. I opened an account with him and he followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. We got into financial planning and retirement for future needs I may have. I have told all my neighbors and friends about this kid. If you want a banker with a soul and whos interested in helping you save money and make some, Go see Sheik! One truly suprised and satisfied customer.

the best usbank I've ever been to. I know all the staff they are very friendly and they do it very quick it efficiently. they haven't screwed up my account yet. but they are the best 1 to go to. I never had to wait longer than 3 minutes.

I've gotten to work with my local branch of US Bank, and they have been everything I could have ever dreamed of in a bank.  They help me courteously, promptly, and offer suggestions to help me save money on interest and fees for both my current accounts and accounts I have with OTHER BANKS!  I would recommend US Bank to anyone located near a US Bank branch.  You wont regret it.

I have personal and business accounts with USbank.I bank at 17th and State, but do a lot of business at the Idaho fairgrounds. This branch is convenient to do business. The staff members are polite and make eye contact when you enter the door. If the tellers are busy, the managers greet you. That impressed me, because they are watching everything in the Branch and knew that no one was available to greet you. I had questions and they were cleared up. I will do my banking at this location.

I have been banking with US Bank now since they took over from Downey Savings. I have only ever had a GREAT experience.  I continue to be impressed with their courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly staff.  My brach is in the Marina del Rey, Ralph's supermarket, however I have received equally great service at every branch.  I even purchased my home mortgage from US Bank.  I have no idea what these bad reviews are all about. I guess you get back what you put out.

The management and staff are very knowledgeable, have great attitudes and are friendly and exceptionally good at their jobs.  They helped my wife and me through a difficult home equity application process.  They knew the neighborhood I lived in and insisted on an appraisal at the bank's cost when the desk value came in low.  They talked through the mitigation of risk issues with the underwriter in a debt consolidation setting.  Ultimately got us a 90% Loan to Value Ratio allowing us to pay off all our credit card debt with a 15 year Home Equity Line of Credit.  The interest rate was .35% lower that what was offered by a large competing bank for a small 70% LTV HE LOC.  US Bank rocks and the staff at the Melrose branch is the best!

This branch has been nothing but great - they outperform any branch I have been to.  I opened my account there, and then moved to the OC, and their service (even over the phone) out performs any branch in Orange County

The staff at the St. Robert Branch of US Bank always greats me with a smile and knows my name when I walk in. They are very helpful and always willing to go above and beyond for me. I appreicate the extra time they give me to making sure I am taken care of. Thanks Ladies!

I have been using this branch for over a year and am completely satisfied with how they have handled various issues such as fraud, closing and re-opening account, money orders v cashier's checks.  Waiting time is less than 5 minutes in most cases and staff is always friendly!  Highly recommend this branch!

Since coming to the USA to live we have had several banks because the general level of service in banks here has been worse than any bank we had in the UK.  However, when we opened our account here things changed.  Excellent manager, excellent counter clerks, great service.  Nothing is a problem

I have read these comments and vehemnetly disagree with the naysayers! This branch has the nicest personnel who are very professional and courteous. From Pam, to Robert, Molly, and Mike I have always been treated with both dignity and respect. It reminds  me of the banks when I was a kid, people know your name and have your best interests at heart. Thanks gang.

i love US Bank.  here at the Louisville, KY / Tyler Center location, the reps are polite as can be and very fast.  

i'd like to point out that most of the reviews on this page seem to be the result of irresponsible people.  someone even wrote a review that says Bank of America, not US Bank! clearly no one is monitoring for validity of the reviews on this site or else US Bank would have a higher rating.  some of the weeds need to be pulled from this page.  

if you've had a good experience with your bank - post it in here.  too often people only come online to leave bad reviews.  no company is perfect, i'm sure some of the claims on this page are true but the fact is an outstanding company with $300 billion in assets wouldn't be here today if it truly provided "2 out of 5 star" service.

I'm giving this U.S. Bank branch in my Ralph's (Kroger) store on Anaheim street in Long Beach, CA a 5 star rating, because they've been great.  I can't figure out why they're leaving this store, and that's what I'm angry about.
