These guys are idiots, this is my second review because I tried to reopen an account, so I went to one bank where they would have let me open right away which is on tropicana and pecos, and even on the phone they would have let me open an account, but then I wouldn't have been able to get a debit card right away, so I went to another one three miles away at Flamingo at Smiths, and was told by this arab guy that I must put in $25, yet the other two required nothing. I exhausted myself for nothing. Stupid disgusting morons. So they close my count for no logical reason, WON'T get my $500 any time soon, then require I have 25 right away after saying I didn't have to put in it.

I would like to give a less than 1 rating for the comedy of errors that have occurred for the vehicle title lien release. If the sale of my vehicle goes thru it will be by nothing short of a miracle. After arguing for the past 8 days finally they gave me to someone who actually took the time to investigate my issue. It turns out that the teller did not mark the right box of guaranteed funds.

I had two strikes with the Hawthorne branch (both cases involved missing cash in the ATM deposit). I began using the location inside the Hen House on 135th until I received a new credit card, checks and a debit card - NONE of which I knew anything about.Nothing was explained, asked nor did I request anything close to a new account. I tried to zero my balance out and went into the negative, after which I went into the 135th & Antioch branch to close the account. I deposited every cent necessary to reach a zero balance. The teller told me he would personally close the account first thing this morning and told me he would call me immediately to let me know. I did not receive any phone call today and upon getting home to check my email. I am told I have a negative balance for the amount I gave him in cash to bring the account to zero. Furthermore, my account is still active. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????
Customer service is my business and being treated this poorly is inexcusable. I will tell EVERYONE I know about this. Just hope the nightmare ends soon.
I'm sorry, USBank, I stuck with you because it was convenient. But guess what? There are 8 other choices in the one mile radius.

I knew I had made a mistake signing with US Bank after the first day. In fact, I tried to correct the error by asking if I could close my account (less than a week into it) and they said I would have to have the account open for six months before I could close it or else suffer a penalty. I should have taken the penalty and run.
The manager at the Maumelle branch where I opened my account is a special kind of RUDE... just nasty, and the other staff is dry and not helpful at all. When I opened my account, I wanted to do so using the name that I always go by... the one that was on my driver’s license, but she INSISTED that I had to use the name on my SS Card, which I stopped using years ago. She took me through a number of changes just to open the account. I looked past it because the bank was walking distance from my townhouse and I worked from home and thought it would be nice to have the bank that close. I thought I would be able to build some good rapport with the staff. Please.
Beyond the rudeness and the dryness, they are masters at manipulating transaction to overdraw your account. I think it is the primary way they make their money, which means they are incompetent bankers. Maybe all banks are like that now, which does not say much for their ability to turn a profit without stealing from customers.

This branch is very dull, not a positive environment. I have banked with US bank for about 7 years and this branch by far is the worst. Always having new people, branch managers leaving, 0 bankers available, 0 tellers available. very unorganized. I believe maybe one teller has a drop of good customer service skills. maybe you should start hiring better people??? Im not sure but this experience was awful and I would never go back to this branch nor refer someone else to.

This branch is very dull, not a positive environment. I have banked with US bank for about 7 years and this branch by far is the worst. I don't know about other locations, but I know the service at this location is a joke. Customer service reps stand around talking to each other and the bankers are completely clueless on their own banking products. Worse banking service I have ever received. Definitely do not recommend banking with USBank based on my experience at this branch.

I don't know about other locations, but I know the service at this location is a joke. The people are usually clueless as to whats going on I have an ongoing fraud claim that's on going because theres no comunication, I've been told three times it's been resolved only to find out it wasn't. They won't call you if theres a problem with your account, you have to call them . In my opinion it would make more sense to bank out of a shoe box hidden in your house then with this bank. The tellers are nice but that only goes so far in a situation like mine.

I have to say I am so so mad at this bank!!! I came in to cash a $60 check from a member of their bank. They charged me $5.00. Strange enough my neice was cashing a check for $50.00 and they didn't charge her at all. What a rip off..............You don't even honor your own clients checks. I had never had a good experience with this specific branch in Rose Park. Problems were never solved when asked for assistance. Tried to wire money from this bank and the wire never went through. Tried to do notary, no one knew how to do notary. Tried to call and discuss overdraft situations, no one cared enough to even consider what I was talking about. I only go to this bank when am in a hurry and can't make it to the next stop otherwise, I look for another branch to do my business with. This bank has the poorest customer service ever.

This is a small, in-store branch so they don't have all the amenities that a man branch would have. None-the-less, I go to this one often because it's located in the store I shop at. Unfortunately,as stated before, this branch doesn't have very good customer service. 3 employees will be standing around (watching one work)while a long line forms but they don't step up to help. It's frustratingly annoying! Other than that, as far as the rest goes they have helped me monetarily when I needed it. I agree that the fees are ridiculous. A person shouldn't have to pay to write a check to a family member or be charged $35 if I spend a dollar over my limit. I mean, if I didn't have the dollar, how in the world do they expect me to pay them $35+$1 back? However, the fact of the matter is, I could avoid all this if I opened up a credit union account, right? Which I did. Now I'm happy. Banks= large fees. It's just how it is.

I have had to do several in-person transactions with this branch and they are not very buttoned up, causing me to make multiple trips to the branch that would have been unnecessary if they would have done it right the first time.

I have been trying to process my mortgage application with this bank for 9 months now. The rep is slow, the loan processing is slow and the overall lack of customer service is down right disappointing. I am currently out of pocket of over $750.00 and the excuses for the delays get bigger. Do not recommend this Bank. My first mtg closed in 4 weeks with another bank.

Staff was very rude to me in Field Ertel (Meijer) location and because of that I closed my account today after 8 years.
And my husband will do the same after 10 years being loyal customer,what a shame.

Staff was very rude to me in Field Ertel (Meijer) location and because of that I closed my account today after 8 years.
And my husband will do the same after 10 years being loyal customer,what a shame.
Would not recommend this location,please choose different branch.

US Bank, Stevens Point, WI location was in the process of conducting a re-fi on an investment property. It was the worst custmor service of my life. With no returned phone calls or emails, loss of all my paperwork, then the expiration of the apprasial. Which they would not refund. It was 8 monthes of pure frustration, loss of time and money, only to have to go with another lender because US Bank could not get the job done. I have never written a review, but felt it was important to inform others who may be considering US Bank for a mortage.

US Bank in Oshkosh is crooked. I set up custodial accounts for my children when their grandmother passed way with their inheritance. We were told there would be NO FEES associated with these accounts. When the statement came I threw them in a drawer. Imagine my surprise when I opened one this past month and found that they had begun charging a $25 a year inactive fee. All of my children's inheritance is now gone! I never received any communication that they needed us to do anything. CROOKED, stealing from children!!

I have a couple accounts with US bank. I went in today to cash a check. I have been cashing this same check every month for the last 4 years. I truly wish I had the ladies name that assisted me. She gave me an attitude the minute I walked up to the counter. It was as if she was having a bad day and she was looking for something to get snotty about. She snapped at me about the check I was cashing and I replied that I had been cashing that same check for 4 years to which she snapped at me that she needs id from me because she doesn't know who I am. I, being the no nonsense person, snapped back and went on a rant back at her. If I wanted to be treated with a crappy attitude, I'd go to work! I guess being half way pleasant to their customers is not a priority. Next time I will get her name and call her superior.
