Ivy (Teller) tried her best to help me set up a temporary business debit card, Ivy turned me over to Rae (Banker) Rae was Awesome, totally helped me out and I was on my way in know time.

I bank at the us bank branch that is in same parking lot as this one. However when my branch is closed for a holiday or special hours, this bank in Vons is usually open. I love this. They are always courteous and friendly.

Every time I have gone into this bank I have been greeted with friendly and helpful people.  When I did a refi with this bank I had to have help and they were always willing to help me with anything I needed.  It is a bit out of my way, but for the service I get it is worth the drive into town.

I have banked at the downtown location of US Bank in Mesa for several years now.  They have always been incredibly kind and knowledgable. They have been willing to go the extra mile when other banks weren't willing to take 1  step forward.  Today Rose helped me at the Downtown location and once again the service I received was exemplary. I just want to say thank you to Rose and to this branch for making my life a little bit easier and happier. Thank you and I am so grateful for a bank that treats me like a human being instead of piece of money to be funneled to the next investment or loan. Sincerely happy.

Live close to this location and they have always been very accommodating to my needs, and very friendly drive up personnel and very kind to my puppy at drive up with a doggie biscuit each time!  Thank you!!

So far, every time I have needed anything I have gotten great service and no superfluous charges like some other banks (I get military discounts for my veteran status so no monthly account fees or anything) and I appreciate that since I have no local credit union for my usual banking needs (that I use online) so when I moved from CA to WA I needed a local bank and U.S. bank has been reliable and useful for me with no downside thus far.

What an amazing person to have running the twin cities locations! Christine was absolutely amazing I was on the verge of closing all accounts she has prevented that from happening. Kudos to Christine it is no surprise as to why you're in charge!!

I have the Best Customer Service in the Chanhassen branch and the Chaaska bank, as a matter of fact in the Chaska bank I can pull up and he knows me by my car, Always So polite, saying Hello Tammy before I have the tube out.
The branch in Byerly's in Chan is another great customer service spot, always great personalities there.
The one in Bloomington by Southdale mall not so great, always slow and no personality. So for the Most part with USBANK I have had Great experiences.

I needed a Medallion Signature Guarantee and called several brances that are within walking distance to my home. I got the run around from all of them: an hour wait, requesting that I e-mail forms ahead of time, not today, etc., EXCEPT Marshall Jordan Branch Manager of the 4th and Harrison branch. He told me to come right in and we'd get it done! Marshall is the best branch manager I've met in a very long time. I've been a USbancorp client for decades and people like Marshall are the reason why.

The manager and staff at the Falcon branch are some of the best people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They've been extremely helpful in all the dealings I've had there. I wouldn't Bank anywhere else.

Between yesterday and today, I called at least 4 us Banks near me. I was either put on hold for a long time or was told the officers were busy. Your branch on Scripps Ranch Blvd was the only branch who answered their phone in a timely manner and transferred to the proper bank officer  who was able to help me with questions regarding IRA. I was transferred to Amber who was very helpful and kind as soon as i began asking questions. She was kind enough to set up an appt to discuss the matter further. All in all, I was glad I didn't give up and called this branch on Scripps ranch Blvd. thank you so much!!!!

We've lived in the Grant-Highland neighborhood for 18 years and this branch of US Bank has served us well, with good cheer, with minimal boo-boos, and always a quick correction if something needs to be fixed.  The tellers remember the names of patrons and there is multi-lingual competency here.  Even with staff turnover, there's still a constant level of excellent customer service and fast time.  The only branch that is in the same league is the downtown Pioneer Trust branch.  Well done North Salem US Bank!

I was out of town and the staff, especially the branch manage, was helpful to me when I had some difficulty closing on a vacation home.   On my everyday interactions, everyone is polite and friendly.   This is my favorite branch.
