I must say these people are great! Not only are the tellers knowledgable about the products and services, but the service is amazing as well!!!! I have been with 2 other banks before opening an account at US Bank, and I have never received service like this at another bank!

I have been with this bank for quite a few years. It used to be San Diego National Bank, but was taken over by US Bank. During this time my contact there was with DAN STOCKDALE - and he rocks!!!! I can email him or call him and he takes his time to help me, despite the fact that I am not a high volume client - just personal and small business checking. I would suggest US Bank and especially DAN STOCKDALE for all banking needs. He gets back to me quickly and always tries to help!

When my ex-husband left me, he took all the money from our old account and bounced it all to heck, causing me to have serious problems getting an account. U. S. Bank was the only bank in town who would help me out. I have now been with them for 8 years and not once ever had a problem Their staff is always courteous, polite and helpful! I can't imagine banking anywhere else. Thank you US Bank for giving me that second chance!

US Bank is fine by me, of all the big banks I dislike them the least. When I see a Wells Fargo or Chase sign I want to vomit they both screwed me over so badly they have changed federal laws due to their business practices.
US Bank had a second chance program for people like me who got laid off and their credit went to hell in a handbasket. And I must say I have always been treated nicely by the staff at the bank in Concord by the 99 cent store, but then again I'm a nice person so I attract that, maybe some of the people complaining here complain about everything all the time and they think everything sucks just because they are hard wired that way.

The US Bank branch on Hollywood Boulevard (former Cal Nat'l) is a great bank.  Friendly, helpful staff, minimal wait times.  Competitive products.

I recently opened my account at the Safeway branch & the staff there were amazing! They were so kind & helpful with everything. They explained everything out in detail & had a warm smile on their face the entire time. Most of the rude comments below are clearly about a different location. They don't have safety deposit boxes or drive thru. They're inside Safeway! The girls there were so sweet & friendly. I will defintely be banking there as long as they stay open!!

I agree with the latest reviewer's remarks.  The branch is awesome!  Such a great staff and persoality presentated at each desk.  I am currently having problems getting some mortgage/insurance documents passed through US Bank's Home Office and the branch has been right behind me every step of the way!  All of the staff knows me by first name and I feel welcome each time I walk through the door.

Hi, I just had to write a review of this bank to counteract al these negative reviews. I opened an account there initially to get a safety deposit box, but have been continuously impressed with the small town personal service. Many of the tellers know me by name before I even give them my card, and remember personal things about me, which I appreciate. It's hard to find this kind of service in a city bank, but they've got it. I can't say enough great things about US Bank. I should add that I switched to US Bank for B of A and never looked back. This location never has a line, and has no fees for many accounts.

I'm wondering how the service was slow at the drive through, since this branch is located in a Smiths store and doesn't have a drive through.  I have been banking here for 5 years, since moving here from Vegas.  The people have serviced our loans and we have several checking accounts with them.  Wait times are short.  People are friendly and helpful, they even learn your name.  I think they are doing a fine job.

I have been doing business with this branch for years. I have always been treated with respect and kindness. I might come in with a suit & tie for a realestate transaction or Shorts & T-shirt. "Jody" is one of the many nice people I have met over the years.

Long time customer with Downey. Stayed with bank solely because of Mgr & Staff.  Hard change from very customer oriented environment to US Bank commercial atmosphere.  The conversion was difficult and the Rolling Hills staff did an excellent job of retraining clients and retaining them.

Brian and Malinda helped me out a lot....Had a few hiccups in opening a new account but they got it done! Although Brian is a Cubs fan and not a Reds fan he is an alright guy!

Currently the Colorado Blvd office has the best branch manager that we have ever worked with in our 29 years in our small business.  You can trust that he will follow through and help you with your needs.  He has brought a new vibrancy to the branch.  His staff are friendly and take great care of us!  Thank you US Bank!

I got a call from the branch manager on a Sunday afternoon (which is a surprise in itself since few banks are open on a Sunday) to tell me they stopped a suspicious check from being cashed.  The check had been washed and forged and thankfully the staff were paying attention when the jerk tried to cash it.  They did a great job of protecting me.

Thanks Kevin!!!!  You have been there for us when needed help with finances.  You worked something out with us at the last minute so that we could get that Dining room table-on the Easter hoilday. All staff is kind and helpful, your bank is the only family we have.  Some can borrow money from family, but when you don't have a family and are raising kids times can get hard.  Kevin your a great asset to US Bank, your just a good person I can do business with.  I don't have perfect credit, and you dont make me feel ashamed of it. All I can do is work, pay bills and still have the nice things Ive always wanted, while improving my credit. Thank you!

The staff is very professional, with a friendly and inviting manner.  I always know I will get an answer to my questions or concerns when I am there.  The wait time to be served is excellent, even at the busiest times.  I'll be with this branch as long as it is here.

This staff is amazing. I have worked with Brandon and Seguin who diligently work to help me when I don't understand one of my transactions. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. They make the banking experience pleasant and inform me of services that I was unaware were available to me.

I have been a customer of US Bank for mainly business accounts until recently when I added a personal checking account.  Brandon helped me and our corporate office set up our business account and Brad helped me set up my personal account.  Both displayed professionalism and were great to work with.  I have also worked with Lanson, Taylor, Aubrey, and Mandy with deposits, cashing checks, and are all fantastic, friendly staff.  I know each banker by name and vice versa.  In addition to being friendly, they are all fast which is much appreciated.  The staff truly make this a great place to bank.
