Recently, I was charged double on my Visa debit card account that I have with US Bank. After speaking with the company directly and not getting any results, I went the US Bank and Melanie worked with me. She called the company while I was standing there. She professionally explained the situation and what the problem was. Since the company wouldn't change the doubled charges, Melanie put a fraud claim on my Visa account. Within 10 days, my account was cleared up and corrected.

I have been with US Bank for many years. I have my mortgage, my credit cards, my checking and savings as well as two fiduciary accounts with them. The staff are always helpful. When problems have arisen, they are quick to take care of them. They let me know anytime they think changing something with my accounts would benefit me. I love my bank, particularly the branch at Top Foods in Tacoma!

A friend recommended me to switch when I was fed up with Bank of America's fees. The staff welcomed me and I've felt right at home since. Even though I my work doesn't offer direct deposit, I still got a free checking account. I like their start savings program and their internet banking is real easy to use. I work nearby but live far so I have been to quite a few branches since I switched. They all have good service, but the Damonte Branch is my favorite! They are the most fun people and I see other customers always in a good mood when they leave, that is very rare. I will recommend this branch to everyone.

Most of these reviews are absolutely ridiculous. People mad because they overdraw their own account? Get a check register. It says right there in the paperwork when you open your account if you overdraw your account you will be charged a fee for borrowing money from them... Some people mad about federal laws? Uh, seriously? Do you guys know what federal means? Now bad customer service is bad customer service and I understand those reviews even though I haven't personally experienced that here, but most of these bad experiences could've been avoided by reading the paperwork they put right in front of your face. I really like this bank compared to the 3 different banks I've had prior to this and think it's asinine people blame their own ignorance on the bank

Maybe everyone should move to Tennessee. The bank in Crossville is one of the very best I have ever done business with. All of the employees go out of their way to help the customers. April is our banker and she is an angel. We are in our 70s and not easy to work with. But she is always so helpful and has the patience needed to work with the older, forgettful customers like us.

The Redlands, CA branch in the Vons Supermarket is the best bank I have ever been to. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help with any question you may have. They have discounts for seniors also. A great staff.

I have been banking with US Bank for over 7 years now and if u understand the fees and your bank agrrements you will not be disappinted with US Bank.
this particular branch has some of the most nicest employees and I have been to other US branches and trust me they were nothing compare to the Gig Harbor in store safeway branch (customer service wise).
