I have been using this branch for over a year and am completely satisfied with how they have handled various issues such as fraud, closing and re-opening account, money orders v cashier's checks.  Waiting time is less than 5 minutes in most cases and staff is always friendly!  Highly recommend this branch!

Since coming to the USA to live we have had several banks because the general level of service in banks here has been worse than any bank we had in the UK.  However, when we opened our account here things changed.  Excellent manager, excellent counter clerks, great service.  Nothing is a problem

I have read these comments and vehemnetly disagree with the naysayers! This branch has the nicest personnel who are very professional and courteous. From Pam, to Robert, Molly, and Mike I have always been treated with both dignity and respect. It reminds  me of the banks when I was a kid, people know your name and have your best interests at heart. Thanks gang.

This branch is always so pleasant to deal with, they are like friends to you and always call you by name and ask how you are doing. Service is always fast and efficient and there is never more than 1 person in line.

The drive thru service is over-the-top excellent. Led by Katie and Megan - I cannot say enough good things about this team. They are friendly, attentive and fast!

i love US Bank.  here at the Louisville, KY / Tyler Center location, the reps are polite as can be and very fast.  

i'd like to point out that most of the reviews on this page seem to be the result of irresponsible people.  someone even wrote a review that says Bank of America, not US Bank! clearly no one is monitoring for validity of the reviews on this site or else US Bank would have a higher rating.  some of the weeds need to be pulled from this page.  

if you've had a good experience with your bank - post it in here.  too often people only come online to leave bad reviews.  no company is perfect, i'm sure some of the claims on this page are true but the fact is an outstanding company with $300 billion in assets wouldn't be here today if it truly provided "2 out of 5 star" service.

I'm giving this U.S. Bank branch in my Ralph's (Kroger) store on Anaheim street in Long Beach, CA a 5 star rating, because they've been great.  I can't figure out why they're leaving this store, and that's what I'm angry about.

Looks like my Apple Valley branch now has a dedicated person who meets you at the door and guides you around the office. How nice! I have been coming to this branch for about a year and a half now and it was okay, but now it's great! Silly as it may sound, that smile sure brightened up my day! I would give them a "6" on staff, if I could!

I want to share with everyone the fantastic customer service at the U.S.Bank in Seattle Washington, actually it is the Magnolia Branch...
Everyone working at this branch is so polite and they will do their best to help you with your accounts.
Josh has really helped me and I really appreciate his attention and politeness.  I have done business with several banks in my past, from California to Nevada and U.S. Bank in Magnolia has far exceeded all of them in  their great customer service. If you're thinking of opening an acct. make sure you check out this bank in Magnolia, you won't be sorry...

After working with a person from another GF branch who didn't do much, I called with an emergency and worked with the Assistant Manager Deena at the NW Branch.  She was awesome!  She cared - understood it was an emergency - gave us her full attention and time.  In 20 minutes, she had helped us so much. THEN, we realized WE were in error (there was really no emergency afterall); Deena was so very gracious about it. Note: I'm not sure how to spell her name, but she is excellent.  I've never submitted a review before, but I'm so impressed with her customer service - Thank you Deena!

If you are wondering about which bank to choose, go to wells Fargo Beverly hills and check it out. The amazing staff and great service makes your day.  I should say ask for Brad and you will get all of your questioned answered and you will feel relived when you leave. I also met the reginal manger and next day I received a call from Brad  assuring that I have received the service that I needed. This is the bank you want to go to everyday. thank you Ms. Shabnam EBrahimi for your great team!

I was having a lot of issues trying to figure out a $400 charge a recovery agency was coming after me for on a us bank account I closed 4 years ago. Everyone I called told me I had to call someplace else. I called the James Village branch where I opened my account and she was very helpful and told me she'd get all the information she could on it. 2 days later she calls and tells me she figured it out and would be taking care of it for me. Turns out the branch (south everett) I closed my account at didnt fully close it.. so I got a service fee put on there after awhile and from there it was overdraft fees on top of fees. She told me she would take care of it all and was so helpful. While I do not particularly like us bank, the service she provided to someone who was not even a member anymore was great.

I have banked @ US Bank in Franksville ever since they took over.
The staff is wonderful!  I very seldom have a wait and always receive the friendliest service.
I not only bank there personally but have all of the company that I work for accounts there as well!!  Business or personal......you can't go wrong!!

Many years ago we were customers of US Bank and left.  When we moved to Sisters, OR three years ago we decided to try US Bank again.  Great personable service.  All in this small town bank are great and most helpful.

I would recommend this bank to anyone!  The tellers are professional and friendly.  Debbie Arroya (mortgage banker) is the greatest person to work with for home mortgages.  I have also worked with Brandon in the past and he is very helpful.  We have two loans with them currently and will use them for any future banking needs.
