Melody has been one of the most friendly and professional Bank personnel I have had the good fortune to deal with.  She is caring, supportive and helpful. First met her about  3 or 4 years ago.  I live in Canada, and through telephone calls and e-mails, she has always been prompt and most helpful. I have also met with her in the branch on a number of occasions.

On a scale of one to five, Melody is 'five plus' . I can not thank her enough for
all her help over the last few years.

Very happy with my choice. I travel a lot and needed a bank with national presence, fraud protection, and no cost. They have saved me from fraud charges multiple times which boggles me how they know a charge from dc, chicago, and kansas city were all safe and the charge from florida where i was not present that 10 day period was a fraud.

Credit card flex perks offers no fee with option to get rewards = awesome

Very good website for downloading data on accounts so i can manage a personal budget in excel across multiple sources of data.

Lots more i could say but typing on my phone is getting annoying.

A month ago, very early on a weekday morning shortly before Christmas, my husband and I used this U.S Bank to make a deposit before heading back to our home in Canada.  As we entered, the entire staff looked up and said "Hello!" with smiles...they looked genuinely happy to see us.  We approached Abby's window, she did what we needed, and we quizzed her about closing an account which we don't use. It had annoying monthly fees that sometimes take us into the negative, which is really annoying when living abroad.  We planned on closing it in January.  Abby gave us her card and told us to give her a call when we were ready to close it.  I just called her 10 minutes ago.  Abby remembered me and closed the account for us with no problem.  It took hardly any time at all!!!  I know this is a small favor, but I feel like even the smallest things can cause us soooo much trouble.  It was a relief to be helped by an attentive person, that could help me so quickly. Thank you, Abby!!!  We will be seeing you again when we are in Ohio.

My business and personally, have worked with them for several years including Star Bank. They have always been attentative to my needs and work hard to address any banking needs me and my business may have. Do wish they had a drive through though.

After a lot of research I chose the US Bank Smith's branch because it is really convenient and the staff is very kind and helpful.  It's also a plus that I don't have to do business through a plastic partition and they don't have to get an approval to cash a $300.00 check.

Excellent branch in South Lake Tahoe!

I have been a customer of US Bank since the change over from Security Pacific Bank in South Lake Tahoe.  I know the employees from the Manager, Tammy to Jenny and Anna who work at the desk to the clerks, Linda, Kelly, and Vicky.  Everyone is friendly and professional and Jenny's takes the time out of her busy day to make a call to keep me updated on my accounts. You don't have to wait very long for service, depending on your transactions you are in and out of the bank pretty quick.

Michelle May has been advising me on my personal and business accounts for several years now.  She has gone above and beyond to offer top notch customer service.  I highly recommend this branch to anyone.  Wait times are never long.  If I do have to wait I don't mind because I know they are helping someone by going the extra mile.

I am really so happy to be a US bank customer. I moved recently from Canada to start my teaching job at OSU. I opened an account at US bank at the branch located in the downtown area. i was so happy to know that one of the tellers and her name is Dalia speaks French. She is very professional and friendly. It is nice to see somebody who speaks French. I felt home again.  Thank You.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this location and with this bank. The tellers are very friendly and helpful, and the branch manager, Jennifer, is so nice to work with. I come into this branch almost every day for work, and the staff is always friendly, professional, and quick. I go out of my way to go to this specific location because I've had only positive experiences. I recommend this bank and this branch highly.

I've been with US Bank and it's previous iterations for about 15 years and have never had an issue with them.  I suppose that my dealings with the bank are fairly basic.  I have a checking account, savings account and line of credit.  The staff at the Blacklick Meijer location have always been friendly and proffessional and helpful when needed without being too pushy about selling me on other products.  I'll stick with them for the long haul barring some horrible decline.

I was surprised at the many negative reviews on US Bank,  but then i noticed they are not talking about the US Bank on Craig and Jones in North Las Vegas!

We have been banking with US Bank for over 2 years now and we are continuously impressed with the small town personal service. Many of the tellers know us by name (and us them). Everyone in the bank is personable and friendly.
We are especially impressed with JOVONNE CARSON the best Branch Manager ever. She goes out of her way to help up us with anything we need and is very professional. Everyone at the bank is top notch including Dale, Lisa, Charnea and Joanna. Other Branches should be trained by THIS BANK! I should add that I USED TO bank with Wells Fargo and will NEVER go back to them. We can't say enough great things about US Bank in North Las Vegas.

I have to say the staff at the Mill Plain, Vancouver, branch are wonderful. They're friendly, seem to know everyone by name and bend over backwards to be helpful. I've been with them for 30+ years and have never had cause for complaint. Plus, US Bank remained solvent during the financial meltdown - a big plus in my book, compared with the good people at banks like Citibank and Wells Fargo.

Small Town U.S. Bank

The staff at my U.S. Bank are really awesome! They have always been helpful and go out of their way to answer my questions. If they do not have an answer, they find out! I always leave my branch (which is in Los Osos, California) very satisfied. No trickery or lying in order to garner your business. Just straight up customer service of the highest level. They offer many benefits and accounts as well.
