My card was suspended for some reason, likely fraud as its happened in the past. The last time it happened, I reported it and was immediately refunded the fraudulent amount and asked to sign an affidavit and to mail it back (the postage was even paid by US Bank). This time my card was suspended because of suspicious charges and while some would be upset about this, I appreciate it as it could mean the difference from paying rent and being homeless. I was able to still withdraw from the branches and the fraud team reactivated my card after confirming the charges were okay. US Bank's fraud team is so amazing in my opinion.
As for the Safeway Brand in Yakima, WA: I have always had nothing short of 5 star customer service from the entire team: from teller to manager. Honestly, some of the other branches can be a bit of a pain to deal with, but this branch is definitely 5 stars.
The service from the fraud team and the team at the Safeway branch are what compelled me to write this review- something I rarely do.

I've had nothing but a great experience at this branch of US bank. Joe and Brad are great people that make me feel welcome and not a number. I can't believe the bad reviews I just saw online and wanted to make it known this branch is not how they described. I typically don't write these type of reviews as I'm busy but this branch has out performed much bigger banks such as Chase and Bank of America (bunch of idiots there)

I have been banking with this branch since 2009. We have finally transfer everything loan, checking and savings with them. Also we run a business and they are very very small business aware and helpful. Staff is very upbeat and helpful. If any issues arise I have an answer from them with in an hour. Highly recommend this branch and the products they offer. Especially the Flex reward Credit card!!!

I have nothing but good to say for my experience at this bank in Holladay, Utah. Recently I had an attempted fraud experience with my checking account. First calling the bank and then rushing right down, they treated me calmly, reassuringly and professionally. I have nothing but good to say for the customer service that I have received. Though this bank location has been sold and changed numerous times, we have stayed at this location for over 30 years. Very happy with the customer service.

My husband went to your bank yesterday and asked for $10.00 in quarters and was told that he was not allowed to have them because he was not a US Bank customer. I am so angry because this man was so rude to him. His name is Oscar. My husband is Native American and this was so wrong. I am white and I have never had a problem with this bank. Please fix this.

This is a great bank! I have accounts in Fitchburg and also in Washington State and the customer service is consistently the same - terrific. Their CD rates are very competitive and because I have a few CDs in the bank, my fees are very little if any. Everyone knows my name and I don't go into the bank that often. Its a large institution that feels like a small bank. Use to do business with M&I and Associated but after all the surprise service fees, I said enough is enough. The best ever is the FlexPerks Visa account - I can get a airline ticket with almost any carrier I want, when I want for between 20 - 30k miles. And they give bonus miles for purchases. I highly recommend this bank.

When US Bank went in at the Safeway by my house I was happy to switch over my accounts and I am very glad I did. The service is fantastic and employees very friendly and helpful. Today, I was at the S. Fargo branch & visited with the female savings councilor. I had overdrawn my checking account & wanted to come in to pay back the money I owed. She was so very nice to me. I left the bank so relieved & happy. US Bank has always had very good service whenever we have been in there.

I was at the Swansea Schnucks branch and was treated important and valueable as usual. I asked for a notary the young lady told me that it was only one there which we both noticed was busy happily assissting other important members so she redirected me to another branch for assisstance. AND WHAT DA YOU KNOW??? THE RUDEST BRANCH I HAD EVER VISITED NEARLY THE WHOLE BANK. I asked for a notary and MISS IMPORTANT MOLLY who's NOT A NOTARY tells me to come forward to the window. She goes on to ask do I have an account I told her yes a savings. She says a savings is not considered an account and it must be checking or some sort (CONFUSED) I had NEVER heard that before. So I ask to speak to management NO ONE IS AVAILABLE( NOT SURPIRISED) So then I was directed to MIZZ BRITTNI COOK, she tells me I don't have ANY accounts and I have been charged off ( CONFUSED) again. I just left a branch that had cashed a small check for me which they do every week WHERE IS ALL OF THIS ATTITUDE coming from from this branch. I thought truly their customers couldn't be happy, so I wanted to contact the Branch Manager Shirley Koenig. YEP WOW STRIKE 3!!!!!!!! I am very disappointed at this branch and I will never return again. Good luck to their frequent customers.Funny thing??? My daughter is a teller supervisor and a notary but I respect the rule....Workers can't work on their relatives accounts.

This bank sucks and does not seem to give a crap about Customer Service. I was applying for a mortgage here as I have many accounts with US Bank. My Loan Officer was utterly clueless so I asked for a meeting with her Manager, a guy named Joe Detmer. This guy was the epitome of incompetent and was like a bad Used Car Salesmen. He said all the rights things, but they were all lies. NEVER USE THIS BANK!!!

I've been a US Bank customer for over 6 years now and haven't looked back once. My first banking experience was with a local credit union, but that quickly turned sour - that story is for a different day. Both my personal and business accounts are now at US Bank. Not sure why the other reviewers are so angry, but I've visited many of the US Bank in Milwaukee and Appleton and never had an issue. Saturday morning lines are a bit long, but that's common at any bank.
Banker of the year award should go to everyone at the Appleton branch, but especially Bill. He has always gone above and beyond to help me. It doesn't matter if it's a simple question, depositing/withdrawing funds, auto loan advice, how to keep my accounts fee-free, or anything in between.
If you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, friendly, and "what-banking-should-be-like" feel, this is the branch to visit!

I love the staff at USBank Oconomowoc. Every person I encounter there is friendly, helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. When visiting the bank, I feel part of a community. It's always a pleasure being served at USBank!

I love US Bank, they have been super attentive, they remember me and make things easy. I go to the WoodBridge In-store branch and they are great. They are open 7 days a week and are always warm and welcoming. My account is always pulled up before I get there and they have a form filled out and everything. I have multiple banks but I genuinely like US Bank for their customer service and convenience. I recommend everyone try them out, they have great rates and great products.

This bank has been great for me. I'm not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. The staff has been very friendly and courteous. They helped me when there was fraud on my checking account and paid back every cent that I lost, even though they were not responsible for it at all. My cash rewards on my credit cards has been decent. My only complaint would be that the interest rate is too high on their credit cards. My credit score is over 800, so my interest rate should be much lower.
Other than that minor issue, they have been great to work with.

my name is frederico, i used to work in best buy corp, back in 2010 so this bank was, and still my branch, this people who work in this location, are so nice, and helpful, very friendly
even that i dont go there personally, they always help me with
