I needed to borrow money on my a house I owned to pay off bills and a credit card.  I happen to be lucky enough to get Erick as my private banker.  He was awesome and even went so far as to make sure that I got the promotional rate for the first six months.  It saved me a couple of hundred dollars and every dollar counts for me,  The entire staff is nice but Erick is super helpful.

I JUST WANTED TO SAY HOW GREAT I WAS TREATED LAST WEEK . I SOLD MY MOTORCYCLE. I HAD OUT OF STATE TITLE.
I NEEDED TO GET SOMETHING NOTARIZED . THE PERSON AND I WERE TAKEN TO A PRIVATE ROOM BY IRENE . SHE TOOK CARE OF ALL THE PAPERWORK AND EVERYTHING I NEEDED WITH A SMILE. Hello, I just wanted to let you know that you have an employee at the US Bank at 47th & Shawnee Mission Parkway, in Merriam Ks. that is just an exceptional employee.  Her name is Darrien.  She was so pleasant when I went through the drive through. A few days later I got a thank you note from her thanking me for being so sweat and telling me she enjoyed talking with me.  What a novelty in this day and age.  Please give her a  "that-a-girl".  She deserves the recognition for going above and beyond in customer service.  I have banked at US Bank for  over 40 years and have never received a thoughtful note like this.  Darrien is a keeper!

The store manager Linda has been the best store manager I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She is always fast and friendly, with your best interest always. I recommend Blueash Us bank to everyone. I run a small business and to be honest, she has helped me more than anyone has throughout this adventure.

I love this branch. They have always been friendly to me, and have even gone out of their way to help me out once I moved to Texas where there is no US Bank branches in the entire state. They give a small town service to a very large banking system. You should try them out!

My branch is fantastic. The tellers and staff are always very nice. Any problem with my credit card has always been handled with the 800# fast and courteous. I much prefer this bank over BofA of Wells Fargo - and I can walk to my branch.

many atm fees due to lack of atms. many fees maintance fees monthly numerous fees so far in 2014 I have had over 450 in fees as in hundreds. CRAZY. Otherwise good bank. They give great credit lines. but take the money everytime you deposit money therefore you can not deposit money if you do not want them to take it.

I have been with us bank for over 4 year now and have no issues - especially with the Highland Park location! The staff is super nice and helpful and actually know who I am - it's always a good experience.

Recently I also opened a lot of business accounts and things and, again, the staff was wonderful. They got me exactly what I needed and explained everything so I fully understood my options and made the best choices for my needs.

 Hi
    Ive had a checking acct. with you since downey. Checking accts. are about all im familiar with, I Got a sum of money last year and a monthly income. I have no idea about banking.I came in to start a savings acct.
 I talked to vanesa rivera about what would be the best thing for me to do. She explained my options to me. The advantages and disadvantages,In a very detailed manner, so i had no misunderstandings. Her knowledge of her job, and her willingness to help and explain things way more than she had to was very much appreciated.Her friendliness and her attitude made this a very nice transaction. I cant say enough about the help she was.Very nice experience!

The teller at the Kimball Ave branch was fantastic.  She asked me to move into the number 2 spot as the lady in line at the window was having difficulty.  She came right outside in the winter weather to ask me to move over so they could take care of my deposit immediately.   I was thrilled to have such great customer service and enjoyed the rest of my day.  She really lifted my spirits.  Thanks again for making my day a little brighter.

We have been in business with us bank (and this branch in particular) for over 10+ years. They have the most, by far, amazing customer service ever. Yes, they do get busy, and you do have to stand in lone sometimes, but that only makes sense, such a good company WOULD have so many customers! Never had any issues, and if something would come up, they would be the first and fastest! GOOD JOB GUYS!!!

This small bank branch is just so friendly, & professional at all times!  Sometimes there is a short wait, but we are always greeted with a smile.

I have been extremely pleased with the personal service, the interest rates on loans, the checking account options, and the always pleasant staff at this location. It is in a grocery store, so there is no waiting area per se, and it's certainly not spacious and luxurious as a full-fledged bank setting would be, but this has been by far my best experience with a bank.

GREAT PLACE

I just opened up an accoutn with these guys about a month ago and they have been so amzing !!! I have had to stop in two times to do some banking I was so overwhelemd with Christmas and so on. I was on a tight time frame and they opened up a line just beacause they could see how overwhlemed I was. I went to the drive up and forgot something , and they were beyond nice about unlike many other banks
