I had to call on the banker David Noah today with some help from a previous bank account and I have to say Job well done! From the greeting I had upon entering the branch to the professionalism David used to do my transaction. Thank You all.

Chris Pierce and Vicky Cox have handled my personal and real estate accounts, and have been incredibly helpful.  They have been professional, courteous, and timely in all of my transactions with them.  I would highly recommend doing business with the Fairmont Branch of USBank, and in particular with Chris and Vicky.

Even though this branch is a little further from my home this is my 1st choice for all my banking.
Customer service is what it should be - always courteous, prompt and professional!

The banking staff at Golden Valley Branch has always been very helpful with me.   I like the after hours and week-end banking.

Always great!

I have been to this location/branch a lot in the last 2.5 years. First it was only for work, but now I live just a mile down the road and all the employees there are very nice.

There's never a long wait and they are quick to get done what you are there for. Every once in a while they'll try to sell you on their credit card, but I realize that's part of their job and it doesn't bother me.

I opened an account not long a go and so far it's been great, no complaints. Very nice, friendly people. My parents have been doing their  personal and business banking  at this branch for many years and the staff has always been professional and polite. Thank you U.S Bank Staff!

I have had the privilege to work with the folks at the Founder's Village US Bank for the past 8 years and have nothing but good things to say. Eric (branch manager) and his staff are always friendly, know my family by first name, and truly look out for our best interests (even calling when we had an usual overdraft and helping us rectify the situation). We recently moved and I wish I could take these folks with me.

I have had my account(s) business as well as personal with this bank (through all the name changes) for over 20 years.
They have always been more than helpful and friendly. There is a occasional teller that could be better but you'll get that anywhere...overall... a great bank!

My husband and I cashed our state refund check while in Vista.  We were taken care of by Kaylo and it was an overall hugely positive experience.  I personally have dealt with my mother's bank here (not US Bank) and it has always been a negative experience in some way. My husband will be sure to deal with this bank and branch in the future as well as recommend my brother from Calgary use it while here.

US Bank is my Uncle's bank in Colorado.  We have had the privilege of supporting my uncle with his journey through dementia long distance as we reside in Michigan.  The service and care tendered by the bank executives all the way to the tellers has been exemplary.  It is service that is not generated out of obligation but through obvious compassion for their customers.  My only regret is that we do not have a US Bank in Michigan.

The Maritz branch is outstanding. I have never been to a bank where the tellers and managers remember your name after the first visit. I have worked in the complex for 4 years and have yet to pass by the branch and not have an employee say hello. They are rock stars at this branch!

I always appreciate the kind , prompt customer service that I receive at this branch. Both my son and I set up accounts and the staff made the process stress free. I have never had an issue after two years. So far so good...

I really appreciate the personal service I receive at the White Center Branch of US Bank! John and Justin have helped me to lower my mortgage rate, cancel our daughters credit card when she was out of the country and saw charges she wasn't sure of, and many other issues.

I recently had the need to obtain a copy of a 1099 tax form issued several years ago by US Bank.  I made contact with the customer service manager at the 24 Hwy location in Independence, MO.  She was extremely professional and helpful in locating the form.  I know this wasn't easy as she had to make several contacts within the bank system to locate the form, but she persisted and was able to get it for me.  I deal with customer service reps. all the time and seldom have found any as helpful as at this US Bank branch in Independence, MO.

I visited the Vista Village Branch in Vista, CA today. Parking stinks & there is no drive up. That's okay though, the teller made up for the inconvenience. He was a young man named Pierce. He offered a friendly greeting upon my entry. W looked through $1 coins together & he remained enthusiastic, though it was nearing the end of the day.  Pierce, thank you for a pleasant experience.
