I have been with US Bank for around 15 years.  I have done home loans, equity loans, car loans, checking, credit cards, and misc things like notary signatures.

The staff, several of which have been there the whole time are helpful, knowledgeable, and honest.  I heartily recommend this branch in particular.

The only negative is there are st some fees that you need to be aware of, but I've found having my home loan with them puts me in a tier that waves all the monthly fees.  Still, I haven't found another bank recently that doesn't have similar fees to be easy of.

I have nothing to say negative towards my US Bank branch in Washington State. Staff are always friendly. The wait times are always minimal. They were very helpful in the hows, whens , and what's on creating the very best savings for my daughter.

Always smile and help my family out. My son just started a savings account there. We have been going to this branch for just over a year.

Finally, mortgage help!

We were dealing with another local branch to refinance our mortgage (also US Bank).  Reply to our communications was poor until we started refinancing process with another bank.   When a staff person at poor-customer service branch resigned, we were assigned new person at East Towne.  What a difference!!!  We were given help we need quickly so that actual closing time was not only good for us, but for property tax and other deadlines we were not even aware made closing date picked best for us.  Thank you to person who saved the day while caring for her customers and those of another branch.  Without you, we would likely no longer be US Bank customers.

Went into Maplewood, MN Beam St. branch offices yesterday and received excellent service.  Every time I go into a US Bank branch, they are always friendly and accomodating! Also love their Western Union Service. I love my bank!

I had to go back to US Bank to get a release letter for a home equity loan. I dealt with Shawn. Very helpful. She also explained the reason the account I tried to close for my deceased cousin  two months ago wasn't closed that day was because they needed to close his equity line of credit. My cousin had left it open for future use. I was under the assumption he had closed that loan in 2010.  Still doesn't explain why they tried to charge him $25 one month after I told them to close his account. I think that mistake was coming from the corporate office. Caputos branch has good people.  However, I am still not sure about the  Corporate over site.  The Corporate Office claimed they filed the payoff letter with Will County and after 2 months it is still not posted. Is it the County or the Bank?  Anyway, I would change my first assessment to 3 stars for effort if I knew how. The website won't email me my logon pw

The tellers of the Prescott, AZ branches are very kind and helpful. Keri has been especially kind. US Bank has some fees and other things that can be confusing like any other large bank but Keri always helped to make sense of it all.

I have been going to this bank for almost 7 years now. The Branch Manager knows her stuff and is always so warm and welcoming. I fully trust them with my accounts and know that they have great advice to offer me.

I am always amazed by the service at this branch!  They have gone above and beyond for us to secure our accounts when  my purse was stolen from my car. More recently, Nicole, the branch manager, helped me to identify a charge on my card that I didn't recognize. Going so far as to call the fraud department on my behalf and calling me back immediately to resolve.  Amazing service and team!  We are loyal for life!

I do business with this branch almost everyday for years so I have dealt with the entire staff old and new and have observed their interactions with other customers as well. I don't understand these poor ratings and negative reviews.  This crew is always extremely curteous, very timely and efficient.  They also answer the phone promptly anytime it rings and are helpful with whatever that customer needs.  Some of the reviews I've read speak of a drive-through window which does not exist at the beavercreek/fairborn ohio meijer location.  I'm convinced that these poor reviews are written for the wrong place.

I banked at US Bank on the "Hill"/St. Louis MO for years then moved to Fenton. The Fenton branch is wonderful. They address any issues promptly and are friendly. I had my mom switch banks and she has been treated with patience and kindness. Would I recommend THIS branch? Yes!!

I have had an account with US Bank for over 30 years and this branch is the best service I have ever had. They get to know you personally.  I went downtown and received good financial service for some foreign travel, which was the only place I could do this, but did not receive the service like I do at this branch.  They have hours that help us after work and on weekends which is VERY helpful !!!
Thank you very much for not holding us hostage to keep our money and loan us money !!!

The service is great. I've never had a problem with US BANK ever. They have the best rewards credit card I have ever had and after looking around there is nothing that can beat it.  The branch hours are very convienant, open 7 days a week!  I guess I had nothing bad to say about US Bank because I keep good track of my accounts and don't make late payments.  That's tje o my reason why I would say any of these people gave bad reviews is because they expect the bank to keep track for them then when they don't they get upset and it's the banks fault. US Bank! I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

As the treasurer for a local non-profit concern, I was introduced to US Bank and this location several years ago. The majority of my visits (weekly) are to make deposits, however I have established a very favorable credit card with this bank .  Their service is extraordinary, their hours leave nothing to be desired and the variety of services offered is vast.  I highly recommend US Bank.

Because of some automatic deposit mess ups (not the bank's fault), my husband's and my account went into serious overdraft. Dave Williams went to a great deal of effort over some weeks (it was a big mess up) to straighten things out and get the overdraft charges appropriately refunded.

Dave was a pleasure to work with, always cheerful, always enthusiastic about doing what he could to solve the problem. US Bank's policy of cheerily greeting everyone is generally annoying as it feels so forced, but I don't feel any of that going by a script friendliness from Dave. It's a relief to be greeted with genuine friendliness when I go there.
