Mehrnaz Sadr has always been consistently above courteous, professional and efficient in meeting my banking needs. This includes being knowledgeable enough to answer all my questions and painlessly process my transactions. I do appreciate the pleasant atmosphere she provides when i come in. Although, I find it a little odd that I'd find such a one in an albertsons branch in san clemente to be honest, but that's just my opinion. Anyways my time is valuable to me but if i didnt think this was worth mentioning i wouldnt do it. If you had more people like her I'd imagine you'd have more business. Thank you.

Location is convenient in the Albertson's store. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They know each customer by name and often inquire about family members or other interests.

I've been banking at US Bank in Yucaipa for about 5 years now. Since April 2015, I have had my business account with them as well. Stephanie, Kyle, and the entire staff have been more than helpful with all my bank services. This is the best bank I've had in 35 years. I've had my fill of of CitiBank, Chase (when it was WaMu), and of course....BofA. It really doesn't matter what bank you use, it's all about the people in the bank. US BANK hit a homerun with it's staff at the Yucaipa branch. Good luck to Kyle in his new branch.

The tellers are always polite. They remember you once you start coming in on a regular basis. The whole staff is so friendly and is always willing to help if you look lost. So happy staying with US Bank after I moved to Arcata.

Not all banks have the staff that makes you remember them, and in turn, remembers your name. That IS the case with this location and those that staff it. The downside is that you're butted up against the Starbucks line, and so it gets a little crowded sometime, but they are great and I'm so glad they are open as frequently as they are. Very flexible. Great job, keep it up.

I have a comment about a bank manager, Mike Stonebrener (SP?). I came to the 12th Street Hood River branch because I am traveling to Europe and the day before, 6/6/16, I came in to get a loaded Visa card, hoping I could use it to buy tickets online, since I was blocked from using my US Bank debit card several times. I called the US Bank service line and was told I couldn't use a debit card for this purpose.
I bought the Visa card after telling the tellers why, and got home to find out it can't be used overseas. I came back 6/7/16 to talk to Mike about both situations. He called and got US Bank to allow me to use my debit once over a period of two days. I told him I was disappointed and hadn't ever had to do this to purchase online overseas tickets and hotels in 20 years of travel and said I knew it wasn't' his policy, but I disagreed. He proceeded to interrupt and argue with me, telling me I was wrong. I then told him I couldn't use the card I had put $500 on, he called and found out I would have to pay $15 to get my money back. I refused to pay this and decided to keep it- but was not happy, since I prefer the money in my account. He didn't apologize for the tellers' mistakes, and was disrespectful the complete transaction. He argued with me and did't acknowledge the fact that I had a right to state my concerns or that I now have a card I don't want.
I have no idea why he would treat a customer this way.My sister and her husband are from Hood River- orchardists, I am a teacher, we are part of the community and deserve respect; everyone does.

It is a big bank with this tiny branch. The employees know me and are wonderful. I am disabled and call them because I can't recall how much I have in one account or because I set up a POA on an account. They are always kind, fast and helpful. I will never go to another bank. The large branch I do not like. They are simply cold. My little branch treats me like they care about my latest dumb question. I just love this branch.

Your banker Chloe was very inviting and friendly. She helped me as soon as I walked in the door. Since I was not a U.S. Bank member I didn't know where to go. She helped me with the notary process and made it quick and easy. She was great. I may now become a U.S. Bank member!

Everyone who works at the bank from the Manager Shelly to the all of the tellers, Lauri, Brandon, Kristen and everyone else I have worked with have been unfailingly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable; and basically have gone above and beyond what I have experienced at any other bank I have banked at, in Duluth or around the country. I really want to just thank them and recognize them for the kind of hometown customer service they provide. Believe it or not a trip to this bank is a fun experience, "where everyone knows your name!" Thank you guys!

We got a good consolidation loan with nice interest.I just went in to make a deposit the other day and the staff was outstandingly nice!! They seemed interested in me and my situation with extreme customer service.it was real refreshing.I am in the hospitality business so I am very aware of this.they are doing some type of pet fundraiser for a local shelter which is absolutely awesome!

We got a good consolidation loan with nice interest.I just went in to make a deposit the other day and the staff was outstandingly nice!! They seemed interested in me and my situation with extreme customer service.it was real refreshing.I am in the hospitality business so I am very aware of this.they are doing some type of pet fundraiser for a local shelter which is absolutely awesome!

I have had nothing but a great response from all staff at U.S. Bank. I enjoy the small bank atmosphere, know all the staff there. They are always very helpful in setting up accounts, no waiting time, efficient all the way around. I and partners will be opening up another business acct. tomorrow - love the service. So glad I have both my business and personal accounts with them - recommend this bank to everyone I talk with.

I have banked with US Bank for 10+ years and love the service, & conveniences that they give. The branch that is open in stores has amazing hours, and is always convenient for me.
