They have always been more than helpful and friendly. There is a occasional teller that could be better but you'll get that anywhere...overall... a great bank!

My husband and I cashed our state refund check while in Vista. We were taken care of by Kaylo and it was an overall hugely positive experience. I personally have dealt with my mother's bank here (not US Bank) and it has always been a negative experience in some way. My husband will be sure to deal with this bank and branch in the future as well as recommend my brother from Calgary use it while here.

US Bank is my Uncle's bank in Colorado. We have had the privilege of supporting my uncle with his journey through dementia long distance as we reside in Michigan. The service and care tendered by the bank executives all the way to the tellers has been exemplary. It is service that is not generated out of obligation but through obvious compassion for their customers. My only regret is that we do not have a US Bank in Michigan.

The Maritz branch is outstanding. I have never been to a bank where the tellers and managers remember your name after the first visit. I have worked in the complex for 4 years and have yet to pass by the branch and not have an employee say hello. They are rock stars at this branch!

I recently had the need to obtain a copy of a 1099 tax form issued several years ago by US Bank. I made contact with the customer service manager at the 24 Hwy location in Independence, MO. She was extremely professional and helpful in locating the form. I know this wasn't easy as she had to make several contacts within the bank system to locate the form, but she persisted and was able to get it for me. I deal with customer service reps. all the time and seldom have found any as helpful as at this US Bank branch in Independence, MO.

I visited the Vista Village Branch in Vista, CA today. Parking stinks & there is no drive up. That's okay though, the teller made up for the inconvenience. He was a young man named Pierce. I needed to borrow money on my a house I owned to pay off bills and a credit card. I happen to be lucky enough to get Erick as my private banker. He was awesome and even went so far as to make sure that I got the promotional rate for the first six months. It saved me a couple of hundred dollars and every dollar counts for me, The entire staff is nice but Erick is super helpful.

She was so pleasant when I went through the drive through. A few days later I got a thank you note from her thanking me for being so sweat and telling me she enjoyed talking with me. What a novelty in this day and age. Please give her a "that-a-girl". She deserves the recognition for going above and beyond in customer service. I have banked at US Bank for over 40 years and have never received a thoughtful note like this. Darrien is a keeper!

I love this branch. They have always been friendly to me, and have even gone out of their way to help me out once I moved to Texas where there is no US Bank branches in the entire state. They give a small town service to a very large banking system. You should try them out!

many atm fees due to lack of atms. many fees maintance fees monthly numerous fees so far in 2014 I have had over 450 in fees as in hundreds. CRAZY. Otherwise good bank. They give great credit lines. but take the money everytime you deposit money therefore you can not deposit money if you do not want them to take it.

I have been with us bank for over 4 year now and have no issues - especially with the Highland Park location! The staff is super nice and helpful and actually know who I am - it's always a good experience.
Recently I also opened a lot of business accounts and things and, again, the staff was wonderful. They got me exactly what I needed and explained everything so I fully understood my options and made the best choices for my needs.
