I have never dealt with a bank branch with such incompetent, under trained,and rude employees. During a loan process, they changed the market value of the item 3 times, said the loan paper work was ready, lied about an assistant manager being at lunch, etc. I am going district, region, BBB, Federal Reserve, etc., etc., with my complaints. Seriously, train your employees and your underwriters. US Bank is an embarrassment and will never see my business in the future.

I couldn't agree more although I did get in touch with the district manager and for what its worth she has been very helpful to try and resolve my issue. As for the so called manager at this branch she is rude sarcastic and should not be in a position as she is
Drive throughs have mirrored glass now so you can't see them berating you!

Just a little upset that I have to leave town this morning, but can't because on Friday near closing my local Bexley Ohio branch forgot to give my drivers license back. My branch is 1 mile east of Bexley in what the upscale Bexley folks think is a ghetto, so when someone ventures over into their community they look them up and down through that mirrored glass. Well this time they walked around so much handing one another my ID that they forgot to give it back! Look, how about a little personal service people? How about getting rid of that mirrored glass because it appears we need to watch what YOU are doing with OUR things. At least the Kroger on Broad US Bank is open on the weekends!

Just a little upset that I have to leave town this morning, but can't because on Friday near closing my local Bexley Ohio branch forgot to give my drivers license back. My branch is 1 mile east of Bexley in what the upscale Bexley folks think is a ghetto, so when someone ventures over into their community they look them up and down through that mirrored glass. Turned Our Money Over To The State

US Bank in Hopkins, MN turned over to the state a large amount of our money from our CD because they thought our account was inactive. We were able to get our money back from the state, though we are asking US Bank to reimburse the interest we lost. The Hopkins branch manager will not return our phone call or email. We have been polite for two months, but now that their assistant manager has told us they will not pay us the lost interest, we will be telling everyone we know about this incident.

I have been waiting to hear on a boat loan approval for over a week. First I thought it was the boat dealer but they kept telling me they were waiting to hear from Brandon at US Bank in Bryant, AR. They had left messages with no response. I finally call and also get the voice mail for Brandon. How long does it take to get a loan for a boat? This is the worse than getting approval on a mortgage and I have a savings account with this bank as well.

My father, who lives in Fort Collins, Colorado, sent a check to me a week ago for my son to deposit in his account when he needed the funds. He too banks with US Bank, and the check was drawn from his account with US Bank. My son also banks with US Bank. I signed the back of the check since it was made payable to me and my son went into US Bank to deposit the check in his US Bank account. The teller said that I had to sign the back of the check paid to the order of my son and she needed my ID. I did not have my ID, so we had to drive 25 miles back to get my ID. My son then tells me the teller didn't give me the check back, I don't have the check." So in route to my house to get my ID I called the bank to see if they could help us find the check. I was spoke to very rude, told my son has the check and hung up on. In the end if we had went to an ATM to deposit the check none of this would of happened. We had to put stop payment on the check.

I have never in my life have been so disrespected by someone who is suppose to be giving me customer service. I was cursed at by one of the tellers when she told me I would be charged to close my account. I was with fifth third for 7 years and had never delt with such rude service in my life nor had any issues or problems with my account at fifth third. I went there because that's who my husband was with and we were joining accounts. First they tell you you will receive $100 for opening the account...lie. Than they shut off my card and no one could figure why or who did it...really that makes me nervous that they don't know what they are doin there. Than I was at coach and my check would not go through knowing the money was in there was not only aggravating but embarrassing. I called to ask why they said it was coachs system not there fault...ok. But I only had my account opened for 1 1/2 months after the lady cursed at me on top of all of this awful expierence in such a short time I closed my account. She also waived closing my account early fee because she stated she didn't want to deal with me last time I checked that is your job but hopefully not anymore after the way she spoke to me. Also to charge me to shut of my account is ridiculous that's my money and you did nothing at all to deserve any of it. I have never been so aggregated in such a short period of time. Do yourself a favor am never consider this bank they could careless about there customers or helping them. They should really think about it though there customers are the reason they have there job!

JUST TAKE NOTE THIS BRANCH CLOSES AT 4 PM, not 4:02 and NOT 5 PM ON SUNDAYS. AND YES THE BRANCH PERSONNEL ARE VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. I would believe the above review is true.

The staff is useless. I am a very patient and positive person but after getting services from this bank I felt the need to warn others. I have never been so insulted or frustrated with a business in my life. The staff managed to be rude and unhelpful as well as not accomidate a basic need. In my opinion I dont think this bank should be in service and I will be telling everyone I know just how horrible it is.

If I could have given them zero stars, I would have, but there was no option. The staff is completely useless, the senior manger, Simeon, has no knowledge of what he is actually doing or saying. He tells you what you want to hear, not what is truthful. I can not believe how poorly they treat there customers. They do not care about you. I would suggest any other bank but this one. DO NOT USE US BANK!! PERIOD!! YOU MIGHT AS WELL SHRED UP YOUR MONEY AND THROW IT AWAY!! They charge you for everything!! Processing fees, low balance fees, fees after fees after fees. AVOID US BANK!!!

If 0 stars was an option I'd choose that!!!! It's unfortunate too because this is the most convenient branch location wise but I go out of my way every time just to avoid the wait, there's no reason what so ever to have to wait over 20 minutes every visit and I'm not talking about Fridays....then when I went inside there were only 3 ppl in line I waited over 30 minutes and watched two extremely healthy men go straight to the front in the handicap line that's never ok then when I called (8 times) to complain no one answered the phone and I was directed to an 800 number!!!!!

Please don't make the same mistake we've made with US Bank. We opened a checking account with USBank but it turned out we opened a big can of worms. Incompetence, unprofessional, and more incompetence are now the trademark of US Bank - at least that's how they've earned their reputation with us.
So, do yourself a favor, don't even think of opening an account or even walk into a US Bank. Save your headache, your health, and your money: stay away from US Bank.

I would like to thank US Bank for STEALING my $63.60 payment from me. I paid my AT&T phone bill in good faith and had to report to you jerks that a $52.95 charge was not valid. In this process you decided that my AT&T payment was fraud and decided to take it as well. I sent you a faxed letter telling you this was a valid charge; you jerks proceeded to take the money back anyway causing my phone to be disconnected. Now you tell me it was paid to AT&T, and they deny it being paid since you STOLE from them as well. Then a lovely supervisor SARA said it was legitimate and the money was US Banks.....YOU ARE COMMON THEIVES!!!!!!!!!
It so nice to know that you have stolen twice from me, so this is how you make your millions.....STEALING from common people. I would like to thank US Bank for STEALING my $63.60 payment from me. I paid my AT&T phone bill in good faith and had to report to you jerks that a $52.95 charge was not valid. In this process you decided that my AT&T payment was fraud and decided to take it as well. I sent you a faxed letter telling you this was a valid charge; you jerks proceeded to take the money back anyway causing my phone to be disconnected. Now you tell me it was paid to AT&T, and they deny it being paid since you STOLE from them as well. Then a lovely supervisor SARA said it was legitimate and the money was US Banks.....YOU ARE COMMON THEIVES!!!!!!!!!
It so nice to know that you have stolen twice from me, so this is how you make your millions.....STEALING from common people. I had concerns about my account and the lady in the back right of the bank could not have been less helpful. She has short black hair and looks to be in her 40's/50's was totally condescending to me. She literally would not let me get one sentence out without interrupting me. I have never been treated so poorly ever. She was rude, condescending, and interrupted me continually to the point of me having to walk away upset. US Bank should fire this woman, I love US Bank, but this one lady ruined all that.

I went in to close down all accounts that I had with another person at this US Bank Branch. Only they did make it clear that all account had not been closed down, even though I had asked that there be no more connection to this other person through US BAnk. That was not the case. Charges started to appear on a US Premier Line. When I called to ask how this could happen the Bank manager said that they could not close certain accounts down. This was not made clear to me at the time I was there, nor did they say I had this specific kind of account that was linked to this other person. I also called their Fraud department They said that indeed the bank could have closed down this specific account for me. The could have stopped access to the type of account I had. Beware even though you think you have closed everything if someone gets ahold of a Premier Line account card they can still make cash advances. Oh and this person took out $2100.00 from a local ATM no problem. He was able to access and get the pin number too.

I waited 45 minutes for a cashier's cheque. They wanted to charge me for traveler's cheques which I've never had to pay for in my 35 years with this bank. I went there 5 days ago and they had none to sell.

Attempted to get a home equity loan with this branch. Branch manager was rude did not return phone calls. ranch manager does not want to do any business for the average person, guess they are only interested in the big oil companys. Avoid this branch office at all costs. I am refinancing my home loan to get away from this bank. They lose!
