I went in to bank to do a simple deposit of my paycheck with a $100 cash withdrawal. I had the deposit slip filled out properly. The counter agent did not process the cash withdrawal portion of that receipt. He told me that instead of doing all the work of cancelling that transaction, he would just process a new $100 withdrawal. I was skeptical but let him process a new ticket. Big mistake on my part. Before being fully processed, the original deposit was adjusted (I'm guessing by a supervisor or the teller) after I left. Making my original deposit minus $100 I had intended plus processing the additional $100 withdrawal that the teller created himself.
Either the drawer was $100 over at the end of his shift or he took the money. Why was the teller not questioned about this when his #'s didn't match. I have totally lost faith in this bank. Goodbye!

Very unhappy with this branch in particular. The service has been very poor. Staff seem inexperienced and negligent. On top of that they charge you unreasonable fees! I am done!!!

Teller Kathy is amazing. and has grest personsluty. Nick is a very nice guy but needs more experienxe. He made a big mistake that cost me alot but he had the right intentions. Banker Kayla was a pure LIAR. Misled me and then lied about what she told me even with a witness. Obvious how she got ahead in her position. Compkete discust at her ability to carry her lie. Karma and God are watching how she mislesfs customets. DONT TRUST HER!@!! PURE LIES

First off, the folks at the Rexburg branch are nice people.  That being said, they work for a bank that has policies and fees that nickel and dime a low-income worker like me in ways I never thought possible.  They're probably fine for wealthy people, but they charge money for just about everything they can.  If they were trying to scare away lower-income people like me, they could've just posted a sign on the door saying they only want the rich there.  If they had done that, I might've saved a few hundred bucks in the fees I accumulated for everything over the past year.  USBank was a big mistake for me and my family, and it wasn't a cheap lesson to learn.  Poor folks beware!

AWEFUL SERVICE, NEGATIVELY PERSONALIZED, disrespecting, exaltation allover  
Manager ( Mr Tom)  refused to provide his name, contact information , Headquarters information for complain, as well as written bank policy on why I got refusal of my legal request.
When I asked, if I will RETURN NEXT DAY , can I have the requested service provided, he sarcastically answered: " no, not tomorrow, not in one week, never!!!"
( I am filling so disrespected and down that I will file the complain with BBB and will contact the headquarters directly on Monday)
Oh, by the way, he suggested to google the information about bank Headquarters , after he refused to provide it per my request

Here is even better!!! Additional I was asked to leave and in case of my refusal, he will ask for help!!!  I read previous survey, and the guy had the same exact issue: they are kicking you out "volunteerly" OR WILL ASK FOR  "HELP"

Unbelievable !!!

TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL!!!, IGNORATIVE  and he also asked inappropriate questions, did not related toward the business itself. Also, I find it very interesting and unusual,  he was avoiding and never made the eye contact with customer. His total superiority was completely remarkable and unreasonably cheap!!!
Are we in America?????

I never had no one disrespecting me in those kind of manners!!!
I am wondering, what kind of criteria bank administration is using  to put those persons to manage respectful banking  business? -This person- Mr Tom- does not have any clue about soft skills and managerial tools. Just clueless...

Shane Francis the branch manager at this US Bank location failed to send out an ordered wire causing me to lose out on a 60K deal. Not only he did not apologize, he raised his voice on me and requested me to leave his office otherwise he will call the cops. I am amazed how low US bank's standards have become. Most incompetent manager and staff. Closed all my accounts after 8 years due to the behavior and customer service at this branch. DO not Bank Here!!!!

The Nashville Bank on Broadway

Do not bank at the US Bank on Broadway (or anywhere else for that matter).  They are at best inept, at worse criminal.  They will take your money, deposit in in an account they decided to close and then tell you you cannot have your money back unless you write them a letter and wait 60 days.  Last straw.  Never ever using US bank or any commercial bank again.

Lomita US Bank Branch is the WORST!!!

The branch in Lomita is the WORST!!! All the tellers have horrible, unprofessional attitudes, compounded by the branchmanager. Every time have had the unfortunate need to enter this place has been worse than the time before. Why must the tellers be so snippy? Rude is an understatement for this staff. Is it a prerequesite 2 b unfriendlyand rude to be hired here? Is it just me? Stay far away from this place!

Attempted to pay off car loan at this branch only to have Kimberly Santibanez provide incorrect information/wrong payoff amount, that prohibited me from paying it off that day. I explained she did not have the correct information in front of her; she insisted she did. She advised me to call the 1-800 for more info. The phone Customer Service agent confirmed the information I was given by Santibanez was in fact - incorrect. Not going back to this location as I have no way of knowing who else will offer bad information.

Redlands US Bank at Vons, has the most incompetent staff I have ever seen. The branch manager is never there and when he is there, the only answer he has for you is "I Don't Know"!!!!! I don't know where US Bank gets these people. If you are planning on opening an account at USbank take my advice and "DON'T" or at least Don't go there.

I had two accounts here business & personal. Closed my business account in less than 6 months went to a credit union instead.After 5 years with my personal I will be closing this account as well. Rudest staff ever and when a unauthorized debit occurred and busted my account they charged me for insufficient funds and then $25.00 for negative balance fee. I even took them the check from my insurance company because they realized they wasn't supposed to take a debit policy was cancelled. The bank refused to clear the charges even though I showed them a dated cancellation of the policy and had the check from State Farm.They told me to get my money back from State Farm.Like their gonna give me almost $100.00 in charges the bank took. Don't ever use US Bank.

Wow..went into the branch today and got the worst customer service. Got there 30 min before I had to be at work down the road, first one in line, ended up waiting almost 15min and by the time I got helped, there was a line around the corner. No acknowledgment to let us know we will be helped shortly, nothing. The ladies behind me were complaining so I nodded in agreement it was taking awhile. When I got helped she said "Thank you for waiting patiently." I said "ya," then she said "Or at least TRYING to be patient." In the rudest way possible! Pretty sure she was a manager too. So I'm definitely NEVER going back to that branch. There rude, slow and have horrible customer service. If I was to go to the Bremerton branch, I would have no problem with great customer service.

I would recommend you put your money in a Mason jar and keep in it the freezer rather than use this bank.  The fact is, that this bank has horrible customer service, they are rude and mean to their customers and please don't try to get them to explain anything other than how they are going to charge you $7.00 a month minimum to use your own money!  So do yourself a favor, don't do any business with them at all.  Terrible people.

This was a good Bank at one Time First Wisconsin.The staff changed
They didn't want to know me.had to wait for someone to get done
To open by safe deposit box some times it took to long I went over to
M@I Bank and had a much better system over there.All the good people quit of retired Will never bank At US Bank again

This Bank has been a terrible example for US Bank.  We are so tired of this bank.  When our account was hacked we never were notified by our bank and never helped as to what we needed to do.  This happened twice.  When we needed new bank cards, they screwed that up also.  

Only one thing positive about this bank is one lady teller who is personable and caring.  She should look for a bank that actually cares about those who depend on them.

ARTHUR IS A MORON, (and the new guy, Johnson is catching on to his idiotic and rude ways!) Arthur is so incompetent that my boyfriend completely closed all U.S. Bank accounts because of him. I'm through with them. I would gladly yell from the top of a mountain that I am leaving U.S. Bank because of Arthur, even though I've been with the bank since back when it was still Downey Bank.
