In a world where everyone is too busy to explain things to you that are so complicated, I found a group of people who do care and do take the time to help. I recently went to several banks for help on a decision I needed to make. Well, I found that your bank was unbelievably helpful. Deb Curtis at your Millstadt location was so patient and helped explain every detail to me in a way that I could understand without talking down to me. Even though I called her so many times, she still was so patient and kind about easing my anxiety. Her and Larry Hoff couldn't have been easier to work with and definitely showed that they cared. I wanted a bank with a hometown feeling and found that with your bank.
Thank you for taking a decision that was overwhelming me and making it so easy and now thanks to Deb and your bank I am on a new adventure and looking forward to this new chapter in my life. I am recommending your bank to everyone! And I have already started to move my other accounts to your bank from my current bank who wanted me to do everything through their St. Louis office instead of being a hometown bank like they USED to be. Thank you so much for being my "hometown" bank.
