I love the service and there is a Teller by the name of Brenda she has a very pleasant and peaceful spirit, sense my first time in the bank she knows my name and is always smiling. Thanks for such a great experience.

Although interest rate percentages are woefully low at this time in our history at ALL banks, one cannot penalize huntington for not availing higher rates.  They are VERY competitive and tend to offer superior rates than their competitors.  Thus, I scored the interest rate and cost excellent/five stars.

Made a deposit at the starlight brand at 1:40pm with the incorrect account no. it had one number too long and it had my name on it and the teller did not note it there it went into another account. my phone number is 419-378-0151. Please call to resolve this deposit. The teller should have noted that the name was not matching the account number and she deposited it anyway!!!

Everytime I walk in everyone knows my name and greets me with a warm and friendly manner. I've never had a problem and am very satisfied!

I bank with a different branch of Huntington.  I was having lunch across the street and needed to make a transaction.  I stood and waited in line while one teller worked and another seemed not to care that there was a line.  I tried to get the attention of the manager and she appeared to be on a personal phone call and didn't seem aware that there was a line outside her door.  She glanced out the door and turned away to her computer.

The staff at Huntington Bank Union Centre are amazing. They always treat me with respect. I love that they know my name and are willing to bend over backwards to help with even the smallest questions. They are by far the best bank I have ever dealt with.

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with.  There is no customer service to be found.  Management problems, security problems and "unforseen" problems are all inherited by the customer.
