Rock Star Manager

I am not a fan of Link Bank's acquisition of The Bank of Delmarva, but Nancy Shrieves, the Branch Manager of the Beaglin Park Branch is a Rock Star that remains in place after the acquisition.
I was in banking for 25 years, making business loans. My wife & I recently wanted to refinance our Home Equity Line of Credit. I ran the numbers before applying; should not be a problem, but the Loan Department at Link Bank made what I thought would be a cake walk into a quite difficult situation. Mrs. Shrieves proved very capable at navigating the void between me and the Loan Department. I strongly recommend Mrs. Shrieves for someone with banking needs.
