I am extremely disappointed by the lack of service and professionalism by the store manager. I know other TD branches with great service but this one is a nightmare. I have been waiting for days for a call back.....

TD Bank in Norwood is an absolute nightmare. I made a substantial deposit a while back and it never posted to my account. I went back and had to show them the carbon copy and after reviewing the security tapes they posted my money to my account. TOTALLY BIZARRE FOR 2011. Every time I go to this bank there is a problem with something. I find the tellers to be antagonistic and unhelpful. If you are looking to be totally frustrated I suggest you use TD BANK in Norwood. As much as I hate the fees at BOA I must say they are a far better operation with a much friendlier staff.

When TD Bank first bought Commerce Bank the outstanding customer service and reasonable fees continued, but it wasn't long before things changed. While Commerce Bank never let more than 3 people stand in a teller line, it's not uncommon to walk into the 42nd Street branch of TD Bank these days and be the 15th person in line. Meanwhile, there are employees standing or walking around apparently oblivious. I've even seen this on Friday at the end of a pay period, when customers are cashing and depositing payroll checks.

TD Bank is absolutely not "America's Most Convenient Bank" anymore. Times have changed and their customer service has gone down the toilet!! Their competitive edge has disappeared.

I am a client of theirs in canada where the service is great.  went to open up an account on kirkman rd in orlando and I've been working on it now for 3 days.  it is open but they cant find it nor can I access it.  I have call 17x today and no one has answered the phone If I wasnt a TD customer with good service up here I would tell them to go F**K them selves

applied for a heloc took 1 month to say not approved they said im self employed, but sent w2 and tax returns credit 800 never late 25 yrs on anything, have substantial amt of cash at td they didnt care no one would listen, already done deal at another lender they laughed at td ,noone really knows whats going on i have to say i think this stock should be shorted, because even though open 7 days so is the internet and people with excellent credit and loads of cash will leave just like me

Had a business and personal account here - already closed the personal account for holding CASH deposits. Over the past 6 months teller service has gone way downhill. Walked out today after waiting over 10 minutes while teller was on the phone. Call me crazy, but when 3 customer service reps are doing nothing, the one teller should be helping the customers standing in front of her. Closing business account soon.

applied for a loan of 29k had 45k in my account they wanted 9.5% and were paying less than 1% on my savings.I closed my account and the day after it was closed they applied a $50 fee and then a late fee and interest and then turned it over to a collection agency .Moved my money to wells fargo and have been treated like a KING!

TD Bank is the Worst Bank ever!!!!!!! They've charged me 13 overdraft fees in one week!!!!!! Their new software is design to hold most transactions in the system for days as pending, so you are not aware of your actual balance, then automatically post the larger transaction first to cause your account to go overdraw!  The new system is not fair - STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I had a very awful experience yesterday at the TD Bank on 49th and Madison Ave in New York.  I needed to notarize a few of my signatures on these paperwork for the NC courts to become admin of my mother's estate.  As if dealing with my mother's death and her absence of will isn't hard enough already, the clerk at your bank was refused to notarize my signature because she "didn't understand the forms".  After showing her all of my documentations as well as the NC State court's official approval of my application, she still refused.  Your clerk's unsympathetic attitude was a grotesque experience.  You can be sure that TD bank will never be in my considerations and I will continue to spread the word on your disgusting attitude.

I was a longtime Carolina First customer who became a TD Bank customer through the buyout and have not been pleased in the least with the rude treatment I've received at the main downtown Charleston branch on Calhoun Street at East Bay St. I have always dealt with the teller named Jennifer who is very nice, helpful and always friendly and warm. She is a sweetheart.  The lady named Caroline is also very nice, always smiling. I had a problem with my account and had a call returned by a lady named Ashley who said that she was the branch manager. I was disrespected, treated very rudely and I feel discriminated against by this woman. She was out of line and unprofessional is not even a strong enough word to describe how she treated me. I have never been so disrespected in all of my life and made to feel like I was a criminal. She wouldn't even let me conversate with her because all she could do was accuse me of being the one who was responsible for my account being overdrawn. I couldn't get through to her to make her see it was not my fault. It was only after I went to the office on Sam Rittenberg Boulevard and spoke to a nice lady named Tiffany that she was able to check and agree with me that I didn't do anything wrong and that the bank had made an error. To this day the manager Ashley at the downtown office has not apologized and will not return my calls. She is very unprofessional and I have told all of my friends do not bank with TD Bank because of her.  I will not go back to this location because of her. Thank you.

I have been a customer of Carolina First Bank since 2001.  I loved Carolina First and was grandfathered into TD Bank.  There have a lot of differences that I do not like, however I do appreciate the hours that they are open.  Lastweek my account went into overdraft due to an error on the bamks part, and I called Tara (who is very sweet) to ask what they could do to help me. The Branch Manager, Bill called me back and was very rude and unprofessional.  I almost closed my account with TD bank.  I am still in question of what to do.  He did reverse the funds, but added them right back on.  I am going to contact Bill's boss and let them know how horrible of a manager they have.  It is bad enough, I will never visit this branch again.

My wife and I went into this branch on nov 4th to inform them that we were going to st thomas to get married and would need access to our checking there and several other islands in the carribean. On the day of my wedding they froze our account so we could not rent our car, so were at the mercy of the local cab drivers. We ended up spending twice as much on cab fair than we would have on the rental car. The bank manager must have been sleeping when we set this up. We had to use our credit cards on the cruise ship also because our debit was shut down, embarrassing and expensive to say the least. We are goin there right now to raise hell and remove all our money and put it in a credit union!

I cannot emphasize enough how bad TD Bank's customer service is.  They will gladly take your money, however they don't care if your checks are fraudulently cashed or how the money goes out.  I have been trying for the past 3 months to file a claim for fraudulent activity, however, nobody seems to know what the other is doing, nor do they care.  They do not bother communicating and have a very high employee turnover rate, so it's impossible to deal with the same person every time.  I have been a loyal customer for 8 years, but do I get any loyal treatment?  NO!  I definitely do not recommend dealing with this bank at all!  Save yourself the headache and waste of hours/days of your life you will never get back!

I have a credit score over 800 and a 6 figure income. I have no debt. I wanted to access some capital from my home in the form of a home equity line of credit and the process has been a complete nightmare. They lost my application (twice), they don't return calls, and they asked for the same paperwork three times because they kept losing it.  If this is how they deal with someone who doesn't need their services,(with my credit score and income I can go anywhere for money), I can only imagine how they treat other customers.

TD Bank "America's Most Convenient bank?" I think not.  I've dealt with banks large and small in my 48 years, and TD Bank is the most INCONVENIENT bank I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.  I ended up getting a HELOC from another bank due to the incompetence of TD Bank.

I do not recommend this bank.  I have a couple of accounts here and I forgot about one account, which had a very low balance.  Instead of simply closing the account, TD Bank began deducting fees on a negative balance.  Had I not caught their ploy, I would have owed over $200 in a year.  There are definately more user friendly banks out there.  I am withdrawing my money and taking it elsewhere.  When I went to close my account, the clerk demanded I pay her $2(after already withdrawing my funds and calling it a "service" charge) to close the account!  Very poor customer service
