I thought when you go to a bank people are suppose to act in a professional manner, there all rude, they have horrible customer service
They should just close this branch down. By far Howard beach has normal respective king human beings. Maybe management should have some kind of meeting in this place or change employees they are by far the worst

The customer service at this branch is dismal. I have my personal AND checking accounts with this bank and still get "Cold" service when I go into the branch for any reason. The tellers are fine...all who sit behind a desk are not.

I hate this bank but unfortunately they bought out the previous bank.
I personally dont care if they are open saturday and sundays.
The manager of my branch is down right rude. Everyone at the bank does things differently. One person cashes my checks another says only my husband can cash our checks. Mind you both our names are on the accounts.
Everyone at the bank is clueless and slow as molasses~

Hi i am writing this just because this bank has made my life hell..they are not able to process a request that you give to them and there people who are working there have no manners and respect to talk to there customers..being a part of this bank i would not advice anyone to open any account with this bank and i would not personally deal with them anymore..sorry to say this but by carrying this attitude you would not last very long in this business that i assure you..

Called this branch three times thus far without a call back. Asked to speak with someone about a home equity line of credit and was told that Edwardo was busy with a customer on Tuesday and would call that day. No call. I can fully agree with this reviewer. I have an account with this same bank at this very branch. However I live in England(United Kingdom).I have written twice to inform customer services on w matters. First about my change of address and second about my expired debit cards which I cannot use anymore. So far I have had no reply to my letters despite giving them my new address, telephone number and email address. I wrote to Ashleigh Scognamiglio, who explaining the situation , but it seems my letters have been ignored while they keep hold of my money in the account. This is totally wrong and unprofessional of this bank. I do not know who to turn to now.

I called one of the branches today and was appalled at the extreme nastiness and ignorance of one of the Branch Managers. It Makes me sad that people are so verbally abusive to others. Our anti-Bullying awareness needs to start with adults. Don't ever be surprised that our children have all become bullies: they are just mimicking what they see the big people doing to each other

This bank is the most out of control most unorganized "professional" office I have ever been a part of. I am not only a used-to-be customer but I am also a past employee of this branch. I just recently left. The work environment as well as the way customers are treated is absolutely pathetic and I am not about that at all. I worked for this bank for 2 and a half years and I must tell you all to take your money and run if you still have it in there. I can tell you from being in the office that you are just a number. They don't really care about you or the security of your money. If you only saw what goes on behind the scenes, you would be scared. Also, the employees are treated like complete dirt. If you walk up to the counter and see a miserable, unhappy teller, it's most likely because she hates being there and her supervisors don't give a rats (you know what) about her, her hard work, her dedication, or the fact that she handles people's lives all day long. The people that run this individual branch shouldn't be. In simplest terms. They are lazy. If you ever have a problem with your accounmt, or something went wrong and you need the help of a customer service rep, or manager, they won't solve your problem. Nor will they make it a priority to get back to you. It's not of their concern, although it should be. There were several times throughout my employment here that I, MYSELF had to remind MY supervisors to do their job CORRECTLY and put the customer FIRST. After all, without the customers, we have no business, right? Wrong. (To them anyway). Like I said, you are just a number. And chances are, you will be standing in the teller line for at least 10 minutes before a supervisor behind the counter even looks up to see you standing there because she's too busy playing tetris.

I have been waiting over a month now to get overdraft fee correct on my account. I have email over and over again. They do not address the issues that I'm having. I have called the local branch now and left three messages for the branch manager to call me and no calls either. I just nwant the account fix and I can move on from here. I file with the FTC, BBB, and OCC regarding TD Bank and overdraft fees.

I opened my account with TD Bank about 4 months ago, big mistake. I had signed up for a promotional offer from a company, the company stated if I cancel within the 3 days I wont be charged. The company charged me anyway, did a dispute with TD Bank. I was so upset when they told me it would take 10 days for them to resolve it. 10DAY!!!!, so I waited for 10 days when I didn't hear anything I called, they explained to me I need to send the cancellation notice to them. I said to them why didn't they tell me that when I filed the claim. anyway that is not the worst part, after I sent the letter to them they told me it can take up to 60 days for them to give me my money back. I said 60 days are you kidding me!!!!!! you have the letter from the company saying a credit should have been giving to me, it should be a open and shut case. are you crazy, I have a letter, a credit should be giving to me while you research this. why I have to suffer!!, what if someone stole my credit card, I cant trust this bank!!!, and no one has any authority there. The fact that I have a letter and still have to wait is crazy.

The staff at the New Brunswick branch is incompetant and rude. The bank's policies are adversarial and user-unfriendly. TD Bank in New Brunswwick is a bad neighbor. The exterior is filthy with garbage, cigarette butts and unkempt landsacaping. I have brought this to the attention of management several times and their response is nothing but lip service. As a local resident I greatly resent their intrusion and the blight they bring to anotherwise well kept street.

E B fron the Cleveland St Greenville SC stole my money and if I had done this to a normal citizen I would be arrested! He said -direct quote "I'm sorry one of our tellers told u the wrong thing but I'm UNWILLING to change any charges" Then he would not tell me who his supervisor was. Said to call customer service. I will for the next 25 years advise my math class to avoid TD Bank!!!!
I find this humorus on the TD Bank website says the following---Of course, we want everything to be perfect. But we're only human. So if there's ever an issue, we'll keep working until we get it right.
He kept working for about 30 seconds till he was UNWILLING to fix something he admitted was done wrong!!!!
Im a small single account so losing my account wont hurt but I hope the 1000's of students I tell, tell that many people!!!

Will only use this bank for back. I have business accounts here and since the change from commerce this bank service is not small business friendly. There is no relationship anymore with the costumer.

Deliberate Manipulation of Credits Increased My Overdraft Fees

Have been a loyal customer of TD Bank (formerly Commerce Bank) for years, have multiple business, personal, credit card handling and escrow accounts. I am pulling ALL accounts, as this bank deliberately failed to credit deposits until AFTER multiple overdraft fees of $35, $70, and then $105 had been charged, over a weekend. Bank manager claimed reversing the fees to correct the problem was "not in his authority".

This bank is impossible to deal with, overcharging late fees and denying any ability to fix problems. On a $20 charge on an invoice that was never delivered to a forwarding address, the bank charged the cardholder, a charitable organization, over $200 in late fees. It took numerous appeals to a branch manager to get most of the fees waived, but even after a $50 payment mailed 3 days before the due date, the bank claimed the payment was late and again refused to waive the late fees. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!

I have been with this bank since it was originally Commerce Bank. I never had a problem until they started taking out money if you go under $100 in your bank account. I'm currently unemployed and cannot afford the extra money they are taking out ritually. They will not let me freeze my account and the people at the branch I'm at do not seem knowledgeable and the wait time on the phone is horrendous. I do not suggest this bank to anyone, especially young adults that may go under the 100 dollar mark. Once I pay my negative balance, I will be switching to another bank.

After contemplating opening an account with TD bank, I 'took the plunge' in or around July of 2010 since they were currently offering a promotion which included a Flip Camera and no minimum balance checking for one year. I completed the required tasks in order to 'qualify' for the Flip camera, however it never arrived. After visiting the branch repeatedly to inquire, I was given the run around and finally gave up! In July of 2011, my one year of no minimum balance had expired and I was then being assessed a $15/month 'below minimum balance fee'. I expressed my disappointment and the 'no minimum balance' was extended for another year and $50 of the money for the fees they had withdrawn from my balance.
Still No FLIP Cam though....!
Since the account was registered to my New Jersey address and our family (Pennsylvania residence) had not been there in several months, I had not received any statements I was again faced with a similar situation. They had again began hitting my account for $15/month fees. Keep in mind, I was not utilizing this account at all. Not their checking account, bill payer services, etc. They withdrew the remaining balance I had, charged me an additional $45 before I even knew what was happening. They then closed my account and I am no considered a 'Charge off' and in collections!
I could understand assessing fees if I was late on an auto loan or mortgage payment or if I had bounced checks, but what exactly was I being charged for? Charging me for nothing. No services were ever provided and not even the Flip cam ever showed. My husband and I will continue our banking at our Credit Union to avoid these fees and poor customer service from TD Bank. I plan to let everyone know the experiences we have had via SEO, Facebook, etc. I certainly hope the $45 is worth it them!!
