Plan on sitting in line for 20+ mins to cash checks. They only have one lane now that they done away with the video tellers. Video tellers were great in many peoples opinion but why listen to what the customers want. Local staff is great.

Phone calls to this branch are a nightmare. Busy or message that the number has been changed. 2 occasions I have received other customers activity reports instead of mine. Unacceptable. My paperwork for my real estate renewal has been lost. Called the main office they said they would look into it. Never got a reply. Needless to say I am very disappointed and frustrated.

This branch in East End was great, excellent friendly service, got my debit card immediately after opening my acct. Thanks! Inactivity fee kicks in after three months.
