These have to some of the most ignorant people I have ever dealt with (notice I said some, not all). I was told 3 different things by 3 different people.I have been trying get my mother's money after she died. I've been to court, filed for a small estate and still can't get it.  They said they don't care what the courts say, they have there rules to follow. ????  Not sure what that means, they couldn't explain it either.  Finally, will have lawyer call and let him deal with these ignorant people.

ridiculous fees

I've banked at several other places and this is by far the worst. I've called customer service several times about ridiculous fees. I've talked to several other people who have banked there and they've closed as well due to the same reason.  I'll be going somewhere else.

My banks before made everything a hassle.  At Regions they are just plain friendly and user friendly, whether I bank on line or in purson.  Now I actually enjoy going to the bank!

I had my first overdraft resulting from an old outstanding check and the overdraft fee was reversed pleasantly by a very professional and friendly account manager.  I like this bank!

Did business with Regions many years on Ladys Island and three years Persimmon Street nothing but super excellent service always make the old codger feel special. They call everyone by name and greet you when you enter. It really brightens my day to go there. We financed a home through Regions Mortgage and same wonderful, easy-to-deal with service. If I need something I call ahead and it's ready when I arrive and our little girl DAWG says they have the best DAWG COOKIES South of the Broad River. I'll be a loyal customer until they run me off with a stick. =)

Regions Bank is wonderful

Regions Bank- specifically the South Hall branch is the best banking experience I have encountered. The people are friendly, courteous, and personally care about the client. I cannot say thank you enough for your attention to detail and customer service.

I would like to say dealing with this Regions Bank is like it used to be years ago.  This is a compliment for when you enter the bank everybody knows your hame and is so friendly but business like atmosphere.  I like all the employees and find Maria S. the branch manager to be both competent and courteous.  Unless things change I will never do business with any other bank.
