Why is it so hard for Higher One to verify your identity when you have sent them all the information they asked for, and why talk to a supervisor if they can't verify your id or help you in anyway.  My mom complained on a supervisor who was rude and I think this is why the company is purposely not verifying my identity as a way of getting back because my mom complained, this is an awful company and my mom has contacted a lawyer to see what her recourse is.  Awful company would not recommend you guys to anyone, if this company gets college refund money, then they should be doing everything they can to help students access there money instead of trying to make it harder, and it is almost impossible to find any contact information to complain to someone in authority, they just transfer you to a supervisor who does nothing.
