These folks know me and greet me by name every time I walk in the door, the do the same with their other patrons as well. I find this small but personal touch to be quite refreshing in today's business climate.

I have a request can you do away with the video/Audio screens at the Drive In banking.I like listening to my radio news etc.the volume on these units is so hihg that I roll my window up.This means I cannot hear the person inside if they have a question.At the very least can you tune it to Fox News. Thanks
