I recently had an experience with the downtown office, that has made me think about changing banks after 30years.I had contacted the bank in reference to a stop payment on merchandise that I hadn't ordered and the company felt that they had to ship it anyway. Upon speaking to a representative of the bank, I explained the problem and she stated that I would have no problem with stopping the payment,in which she advised that the payment would be stopped and that she would send the necessary paperwork to the branch close to me to sign. I did everything that I was instructed to do. After three weeks I noticed that it was not stopped and was taken out. I then called the bank and was told that the lady that told me that, had made a mistake and was fairly new, and there was nothing they could do,a manager who stated that his name was Jason intercepted the call and rudely began to tell me the same thing that I was just told, I then explained that I had sent the merchandise back because of the information that I had received from the representative, so therefore I now don't have the money, or the merchandise, and all he could say was that he was sorry,but there's nothing he could do.The company was very uncooperative that is why I wanted to stop payment, so thanks to Premier i am out of the money.Never had a problem when it was Home Savings.

They claim to be a bank for small business. I made out a check and deposited some money to cover it. The check was rejected because another check came in before. I was charged $32 NSF for a check that was returned. I emailed the account officer and manager. They promised to look into my case. I got no reply and now, my email address has been blocked by both account officer and manager. That is really sad.
