I opened a checking and savings account and have received nothing but exemplary customer service from each employee at this branch - and each time I have visited the branch. The people went way out of their way assisting me with extraneous fees charged by the mover when I arrived in January 2017 . Top Notch employees.

I've banked with PNC since before it was PNC. The service has been pleasant: reasonably polite tellers and a secure environment. But nothing out of the ordinary.
In the past two months, at the Graham Road Branch, that is changing.
I've worked with two bankers. Both went above and beyond to meet my banking needs.
BANKER #1: I needed digital information for a refi-application while rates were still at a record low. The banker couldn't provide the digital bank records I needed, so he thought outside the box, printed the information, scanned it, and emailed the file to me. Perfect solution!
BANKER #2: With the new year, my employer changed the auto-pay date for monthly deposits. The four day delay caused unexpected problems with auto withdrawals hitting my account prior to the paycheck. Although one stop payment could not be avoided, he fixed what he could, provided excellent service, was kind and didn't act rushed--even though I called him around closing time. For me, that's a Happy New Year moment.
Thank you for going the extra mile at the Graham Road Branch.

I've been with Pnc in Dent for approx 6 months & must say that they are by far the BEST OF THE BEST ALL TIME BANK REPS I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH ! They are always in a lovely mood, always able & willing to address any issue any problem I have and first & foremost have a smile on their face. I plan on staying with them for the rest of my life.

The Manager,Nikki, is absolutely top notch. She's creative, knowledgable, and willing to spend time structuring unique deals that benefit my organization. I left Stockyard and Republic Bank due to their inability to "get things done". Amazing atmosphere at this branch. If you are in need of an amazing bank. led by a top tier manager..... You must check this location out for yourself.

I lost my debit card on a Saturday night. Someone told me PNC North Atherton can replace your card immediately. And that they did. In addition to that they also helped me with other bank work by asking me productively if I also wanted to get that thing out of the way. Excellent stuff!

PNC is a great bank to do business with. I mostly use Great Southern in Bridgeville, PA (great people), but use others as well, including Avon, NC.
Some of these reviews are comical. A person who is irate because she refuses to fill out a deposit slip to make a deposit should not have a bank account anywhere. Others that are just as amusing are within these reviews. They make fun reading. It's like a "Who's Who of People Who Are Always Mad About Something".

I am very surprised by all of the negative reviews. I have had PNC for years and they are the best bank I have ever dealt with. As far as overdraft fees they are the same or better than any of the large banks and their customer service is excellent. All of their fees are clearly explained when you open an account and if I have ever had a problem it was addressed and solved quickly by courteous staff members who were very accommodating and understanding. They are the best bank out there in services, convenience and customer service. I am sorry that so many people gave negative reviews because my experience has been so positive for over 35 years.

The Mt Dora, Florida branch has extremely pleasant and helpful personnel. I have been in the branch numerous times and have always found the same high standard of service.

I was in this bank early this week to discuss confidential and personal business with an assistant bank manager named Mary Jo. Instead of inviting me into a private office where this personal and confidential business should have been discussed, I was sitting in a chair in front of the teller where anyone entering the bank could hear any of my personal information. This is very unethical and is a very poor business practice. The individual who was with me was embarrassed, laughed at, and made fun of by Mary Jo and the teller who was there because of a mistake that he made. Mary Jo seemed to have littler interest in handling our business and we feel we were treated like low lives. We feel she did not answer our questions perhaps due to lack of knowledge and treated us as if we were beneath her. This is very bad as I have been banking with PNC for over 40 years.

I use Deptford, Gloucester city, and turnersville,new Jersey ,locations and all 3 have the nicest people that work there....Keep up the good work

I had a lovely experience at that branch also...LOL ...I went in on a Friday after work of course very dirty because I have a dirty job...go figure right? So I am trying to cash my $500 check that is drawn from pnc bank and they refused...it's ok though I had some weird looks as I walked in so I had already immediately began video recording with my cell put it in my shirt pocket as I was speaking very politely the teller I am all the sudden surrounded by the most obese people I have ever seen in my life...fearing they may sit on me I was like what? Sir ma'am...and the really obese woman starts asking me if I am video taping the conversation I said no and immediately headed for the door as I walked out I chirped up yep video taped the whole debauchery and YouTube is gonna love this..along with corporate too hahaha.
