First off, it totes being a community bank, but evidently you need to have big $$ to be considered part of their community. This branch used to be great, but after having lost a few key people, going here is like a chore or a punishment! RUDE tellers, slow and inept, courteous? They seem to have never learned how to be polite, let alone pleasant and if you are hispanic, well they will take real good care of you, if not, be ready for the horrible service and treatment, changing banks immediately!!
