This is the worst bank I have ever done business with. I would never refer them to anyone. I answered a promotional from their bank when I was looking for a bank closer to home. When it came time to receive my promotional they gave many reasons why I didn't receive it--all were found unwarranted. I'm still waiting for the promotional which they say I will get-but they don't know when. Their flyer said within 60 days--so their flyer fit into the category of false advertising. They used my money interest-free for going on 3 months now. They are not friendly. They are very abrupt and rude at times. They make you feel like you're unimportant-maybe this is different for people with a lot of money in their bank. They've lost my trust--I won't put another dime in their bank. I'll drive the distance to my old bank--a bank I could trust. Sometimes switching to something else-even with the incentive of a money lure isn't the best idea.
