I worked with Tina Horn when she was the manager at the Canton South branch, Canton Ohio.  She could not have been better to work with. She is very astute and tuned in to the client's needs and bent over backwards to assist me with a very awkward personal problem. Her promotion to the Everhard branch, the largest south of Clevelend, I beleive, was well deserved. In her absence, she referred me to a gentleman - his name escapes me at present - who has equally delightful to work with. While I do not know the Everhard branch staff as a whole, I feel that Tina and her staff give 110% to the client. They certainly did and still do at the Canton South branch near my home.

I love this bank.  All Key Banks have been very satisfactory, but the Grandview Office is superb!  They are ALL friendly and can always help me and give me great suggestions for my needs. I have always received very personal service from the "desk people", especially Judy and Leigh.  The tellers always smile and process my deposit deposits quickly and accurately, plus they answer all sorts of questions about their products.  AMAZING, especially in this day of impersonal speed at many banks.  Thank you Key!!!

Every time I visit this office, the customer services is Outstanding!!! The Manager greats every client and the tellers look nice.  The wait is normal, but it is so worth it just because everyone there greets you with a smile.  Thank you Buckeye Branch for making a very bad day a pleasant ending day.
