Everytime I walk into this branch of Chase there is someone waiting to greet me and point me in the right direction.  Whether it be getting something notarized or getting into my safety deposit box, someone steps up to the plate. Sylvia is fabulous... makes a tough day looking at my finances not seem so bad!

The branch manager Tim and the associates at this branch pay attention to detail and are extremely customer service oriented. Exactly why I left Wells Fargo and came to this branch. First rate all the way.

My experience with Chase is amazing every time

My experience with Chase has been amazing at the Northbrook, Houston, Tx. branch. I don't know the young ladies name yet, but I'd like her to know that I appreciate the way she takes care of me every time. I won't be able to get by there in a few days, but I thought I'd write this. If you know her please tell her I said she's great. She has brown hair passed her shoulders, slender build, wears glasses, she wears diamond studded earrings, she is hispanic, and she is always smiling. I hate to admit it, but visiting the bank brightens my day. I look forward to going to the bank, just because of the way she treats me. like I have all the money in the world in their bank. Very pleased with the service given at the JPMoran Chase bank Bellflower branch.  Specifically Mr. Sandeep Singh for the way he made us special.  We did not deposit much yet the way he served us made us feel like we were very important people.  How we wish bank officers and staff are like him.

Customer Service Is Excellent.  Always friendly, check it out for yourself.  The staff are so nice to you.  Clean, coffee available, drive up ATM and one inside the bank as well.

I had a wonderful experience with a very knowledgeable person by the name of Natalia at the East Los Angeles branch on South Soto street.  I will not use her last name to protect her privacy, but please see her when you visit this location.  She is a very sharp young adult who will promote your best financial options.

I opened an account at the Eastvale, CA branch.  My personal banker, Fabian Cortez was absolutely wonderful.  I had been with my old bank for 25 years and pleased, until I learned thru Fabian all that Chase offers.  I love what I got, and have learned since.  Thank you Fabian.

Lending a hand benefits everyone

Chase Bank is akin to Nordstroms because Chase puts the customer first. The bank stands out from other banks by putting the customer first. For instance, Chase representatives provide advice which saves the customer money.

I don't know what some people are talking about when they say there are lazy employees. They get what needs to be done and do it the right way. What can they do if no ones there? I've had great service everytime I've been there so far.

 hay gente definitivamente amable en la cual podemos confiar hay otra en la que no pero el senor alex siempre es una persona en laque se puede confiar y te da un muy buen trato como el pocos pero en este banco hay exelente trato hacia toda las personas no importa su color y su forma de vestir y eso es muy importante bueno pues siempre hay algo y es nadamas cuando deposito hay gente que esta en el telefono y tardan mucho para hacer su deposito porfavor apresurenlos mas o pongan unsi=aing afuera paraque dejen de estar en el telefono me refiero a los clientes ok gracias por su atension y su trato

I had to do some paperwork on an account with my dad.  His English isn't the best and the manager Soliman was super helpful with him and also very accomodating with our requests.  I live in San Diego and he totally helped out with mailing things to me at no cost or anything.

Great service!

I was very pleased with the help that I recently received. The staff is always upbeat, courteous and attempting to please. The bank manager is excellent. Although it is a busy bank the staff works hard to get to everyone as quickly as possible.

I was wating in line when a bank employee walked to the front of the line and started asking questions to the person in fronto of me. As the next available clerck called for the next cutomer, I asked the person in front of me if she was going to preceed or if I should go. The Employee looked at me and asked me to wait. The available clerk looked at me and signalled me to aproch her. As I tried to go past the emplooyee and the person in front the employee tapped on my shoulder and almost in a forcefull way and as if talking to a three year old she said very slowlly " Sir..? Sir..? she is next". This is the only uneducated person in the whole building, everybody seems to be very, very kind and profesional.

Unfortunate Surprise

I've been a Chase customer for 31 years coming originally from Chicago. Recently experienced a legal surprise when due to an upcoming divorce, the Chase Legal Dept. froze all my accounts including the two that the soon to be ex spouse cleaned out. When I came into the bank the personnel was very simpathetic and helful. They stayed after hours to assit in trying to help me free up any account just to put gas in my truck. They followed up with me through the whole ordeal which took 3 days to clear up. People like Pedram and his Branch Manager Paul, were very much involved in making sure I was taken care of. Although it's been a bad time right now, I have been impressed by the Chase team at Ladera Ranch. Of course they now know me as I walk in as we all hold are breath regarding any more surprises that may occur in upcoming months but they continue to be a positive in assisting their customers.

Great Service under pressure!

I was out of town at a real estate closing and needed an immediate clearance of a large check and an expedited wire transfer. The Branch Manager handled it personally and went out of her way to be sure everything cleared on time. Great service!!!!!

After over fifteen years of being a loyal Washington Mutual Savings Bank and, subsequently, Chase Bank customer, I was miffed when a Chase Bank computer arbitrarily caused a change in my banking status which then set into motion fees for what had long been grandfathered free service accounts. After calling the corporate office and personally visiting the Walla Walla Branch, I felt frustrated with the dawning realization that old school empathy and good neighbor customer service had succumbed to the new "corporatespeak." Vowing that I was going to either find someone who would truly listen and help me find a remedy to the problem...or leave Chase forever even if it meant finding an inferior bank with free checking...I tried one more strategy--going to the College Place branch.

Literally three seconds after entering the bank, Bank Manager, Mary K., welcomed me and asked how she might help. Rather than delegate another person to handle my concerns, she invited me into her office and invited me to air my problem, even when it meant having to listen to my rant about corporate structure.   

She was a great listener, very empathetic, and willing to go the extra mile. Assuring me that she would discuss my case with the district manager, Mary K. gave me 100% customer courtesy, great eye contact, and a sense of optimism that Chase truly hadn't forgotten about "the little guy."

Mary called me a few days later to give me the great news that she and her district manager had found a way to reinstate my former status. It meant a bit of corporate account juggling, but the important thing is that they made the earnest effort and had utilized a bit of creativity to remedy the situation.

When I consider how the College Place Branch Manager had helped me move from a position of truly wanting to terminate all of my accounts at Chase Bank to a position of extreme gratitude, I have no hesitation at all in giving this particular branch the highest ratings possible.

Thank you so very much, Mary K. You and your staff have renewed my confidence in Chase Bank. Your hometown friendliness and sincere concern for your customers were hallmark traditions that J. P. Morgan himself utilized in his business dealings. Certainly, you've made him proud today!
