The Judson Branch Manager, Michelle Debeaux is beyond rude and unprofessional; she refuses to speak to her customers. It's ridiculous to go into your bank and not be able to speak with a manager! If you call this branch no-one will help you or return your call; well that is if anyone actually answers the phone. We banked with Chase for over 18 years and always had a great experience until the past couple of years when this new manager was hired. Due to lack of courtesy and respect from Michelle Debeaux, we closed all of our accounts, investment accounts and will be moving our mortgage from Chase. I guarantee if you go to this branch you will receive poor customer service and unprofessionalism. I will NEVER recommend and tell EVERYONE I know to never go to Chase Bank!!

Mrs Debeaux was equally unpleasant and unprofessional at the Chase branch in Marshall. I closed all my accounts at the time because of her. Same problems as the earlier stated; poor customer service, incompetance.

The branch manager, Amanda Tomlinson, seems to be on vacation more than she's there. The rest of the staff hides whenever someone walks in. T

he tellers act annoyed if you don't have a deposit slip.

The tellers work even when they're violently ill and snotting and coughing and sneezing all over the money and paperwork.

I've had holds placed on deposits where the call center says the branch placed the hold, and the branch says the call center placed the hold.

Last week, one of the tellers saw that I was depositing a large check, and asked if she could have some of it.

The convenience of having branches everywhere isn't enough to make up for the way Chase does business.

Chase Bank Munster Indiana have sent me to Foreclosure, I have never missed a payment, I have paid more on my Mortgage than needed and they cannot fix their computer issue. They have reported me to credit companies, so I cannot refinance, They are illegally trying to steal my home and force me to foreclose.  The Chase Staff will not help saying they cant figure out what is wrong. I have started a website to document Chase Mortgage Fraud. They add on illegal late fees when it is Chase Mortgage Dept. problem, I pay the late fees and Chase Bank office in Chicago and in Munster, Indiana will not help. $28 Billion bailout  money and they treat their customers all like thieves and Liars.  http://www.chasemortgagefraud.com

I have gradually switched from TD Bank to Chase.  At TD I never see the same people twice and this is only one of many complaints I have about them.  Not so at the Hicksville branch of Chase.  I have dealt with the same person every time I have gone in there and he knows me as soon as he sees me.  Their rates are not so great, but that's true in any other bank and whereas at TD I was paying half price for my safety deposit box which I thought was a bargain at $35 a year, at Chase I am getting it for free.

There is one and only one branch of Chase that I deal with now and it's because of the excellent customer service given by Amanda at the Van Born Branch in Dearborn Heights, Mich.  She never disappoints and always follows up as promised. She goes out of her way to make customers feel special like they are the only customer there despite how busy she is. She the only reason I have kept all my accts including my business acct with Chase.

Even if you are the only person in line to get service it is very slow! If you have a question the tellers rudely answer, and if they are unable to help you they pin the blame on others and have a horrendous attitude at the customer. The last three experiences I've had make me want to switch banks swiftly! Good customer service is a must in my life.

The staff here is great! I love banking here. I am always greeted as I come into the door.  I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes to see a teller. I have not had any trouble with my mortgages.  If I had any questions I have asked management directly and have had my questions answered. I will continue to bank here evem though it is not the closest branch to me, the staff knows what they are doing.

Stop making your payment if you want to be approved for a loan modification. If you miss a few payments, they will not ask for your bank statements thus they have nothing to turn you down on. if you are current on your mortgage, they will ask for any bank account you sign on. They will turn you down for cash reserves. They look for any reason to reject you not approve you. Remember that Bail out banks define cash reserves as money you can rob, not just the money that belongs to you, same way they think of the money in their bank right now.. all theirs.

We currently have our mortgage with Chase.  Everytime we went inside the bank, we were offered an opportunity to refinance at a lower rate.  Although we questioned WHY Chase would want to reduce the amount of money they get from us, we succumbed to their seduction and paid the $395 application fee.  With excellent credit, we figured this would be a slamdunk.  After more than two months, a new survey (they already had one that was less than four years old!), and countless pieces of documentation, we received an unsigned letter from the Dallas corporate office saying Chase would be unable to refinance our home.  The reason they gave was boilerplate and had absolutely no bearing on our application.  To date - a month since we received the unsigned letter, we still have not heard one word - no letter, no phone call - nothing - from the local loan officer who handled the process.  If this is their idea of customer service, it's no wonder Chase wound up in the 2011 Customer Service Hall of Shame.  After nearly 30 years of banking with Chase and/or the banks it has gobbled up over the years, I am taking my business to a credit union.  We cannot overcome our feelings of being scammed.

Slow response and troubleshooting knowledge when clients have problems with their accounts.  
I have now closed my account.  Physically made a deposit, have the receipt, but bank branch never recorded directly to account.  
No response from agent after 5 days.
Had to call.  No one at branch had information.

Like just about any bank these days, you would do almost as well stuffing money in your mattress as opening a savings account (unless of course you have so much money that you don't really need to worry about how much interest you get).  It's not good but it's more a sign of the times than a commentary on this bank.

The bad news is that they charge utterly exorbitant fees.  $12 a month to have a checking account...and heaven help you if you do your math wrong and have an overdraft of $6.  Better catch it and fix it fast or they'll be lining their pockets with your late fees.

However it is not the fault of the folks behind the counters who will bend over backwards to help you.  Moreover, I don't feel insulted walking in the door there; they've not tried to turn the branches into mental amusement parks like Wells Fargo does.  It's just a bank with a tasteful color theme and a reasonable amount of advertising regarding their services.  Pity the decorators and staff couldn't find work at a better institution though.

I have so mad right now.  I just went through the drive-thru banking at the Chase Bank on Sleater Kinney.  I went the lane that has the capsule and tube for sending in your items.  I pulled up sent in my stuff.  There was a car in the first lane at the window. It took them a few minutes to finish up and they left.  The teller, Bryce was his name, decided to ignore me when I was looking directly at him and wait for the next car to pull up to his windo.  Then he waited for them to fill out a deposit slip and write an account number on a check.  In the car was two different people with two different transactions. Ridiculous.  He ignored my deposit waiting patiently in the capsule in the bank.  Why did he think I was sitting there? I was so mad about being purposely ignored I drove to the front of the bank.  Had the assistant manager get my deposit slip and I will report it as well. The worst staff of any bank. Thinking of leaving this bank for the customer service reason. I have been with WAMU and now Chase 8 years. I think I may be time to find a new bank relationship.

Every time you deposit a bigger check, they hold it 1-2 days, you can talk with the manager to 'verify funds' earlier... BUT, every manager says something different. Sometimes they make an exeption and sometimes they make you feel like trash for asking to verify your funds, rather then wait...The checks I deposit are as good as cash, since they are commission disbursements and written by Title Companies. I don't understand why we have this rule to let the bank play with our money and make more money, when we working people need our money available the same day!. One issue is also that the employees' turn over is so quick that once you establish a good relationship with a banker, next month you go in that bank, the banker does not work there any longer and you have to start all over again. Also, today when I called they transferred me to customer service and the recording said 'this toll free number has been disconnected'. So I had to start all over again. Overall, I've been with Wamu, now Chase for more than 10 years and it's the convenience of the locations and free checking that keeps me a customer there, BUT when it comes to customer service, I must say they can improve a lot. Once they do, I am more than happy to write a very nice review.

This bank is not good.  Every time I go in they tell me that they will help me with my needs.  "let me take a look at your accounts to make sure everything is ok"  They go over all of my accounts, business and personal, and screw everything up.  It normally takes ten minutes to wreck my contact information, etc.  I sit down thinking that I am getting wehat I asked for and end up with a sales pitch wasting my time and ruining my information.  
I also applied for a mortgage at this bank for my house.  Rates were 1% higher than I ended up with at HSBC.

The worst bank in the area.  Very poorly run.  The entire management staff should be let go.   I'd rather go to have a tooth pulled than deal with this staff.

I live in La Verne and I am banking on three different banks on Foothill blvd all 3 banks are a mile from each other. Bank of America; Wells Fargo Bank and JP Morgan Chase. On several occasions I go to this 3 banks in one day or sometimes just minutes apart. I have my home mortgage with Chase, Wells Fargo have my mortgage on my investment properties and Bank of America has my wife and my joint account. Of all 3 banks Wells Fargo has the best customers service followed by Bank of America. Chase has the worse service. I found there teller very stock up and unfriendly man or women. You can see for yourself and try going to this 3 banks and you will see the difference. Attention: Vice President customer service JP Morgan Chase you need to go to this 3 banks and pretend to be a customer and experience it yourself. On top of it all it is so hard to get a parking in this bank.

I have been with this Branch since it was WAMU.  The staff and procedures at this branch are excellent.  When the new branch at H Street & Otay Lakes Road opened, I thought I'd start going there instead because it was closer.  I tried a few times. The assistant manager was interested in knowing me, but the rest of the branch has no personality, makes no attempt to get to know you, and basically has caused me to drive down the hill to the Bonita Branch.  Everyone there wants to help.  I'm not sure how I feel about Chase in general, but I'm staying for now BECAUSE of my treatment at the Bonita office only.
