I took my daughter there when she turned 18 to open an account and the bank rep took advantage of her and rubbed her!! I am very dissapointed with the bank. She received a card in the mail that she is going to get $125 if she opens a new account, and deposits $100 into checking within 60 days. The rep there told her that she needed $600 to open and did everything he could to talk her out of it, and she and up opening a student account. I looked at the fine print on the card when she got home, and all she needed was to deposit $100 withing 60 days and 10I after she'd deposit they were supposed to give her the $125. I am extremely upset as a father to see some prick of a rep taking advantage of a innocent young girl. I am goof to have her close the account, and go somewhere else! Its ridiculous!! To even think that I am a Electrical Engineer working for DWP Department of Water and Power, and I was going to open one myself over there its absurd. I would NEVER give them my business!!

I went to this branch of Chase to get my first credit card, to build my non-existent credit history. I brought my father in case he needed to cosign/guarantee a card for me. I filled out an application and was told there would likely be no problem with my application as I have had Chase for years and have my paychecks direct deposited into my account. Days later, I receive a letter stating that I have been denied for lack of credit history. I call the bank and speak the the banker, Tiffany Lopez, who I had previously spoken to, and she tells me that if I come in with my father again we can have him as a cosigner and then my card getting chances would be like 99%. So I tell Tiffany we will be in between noon and one, call my father, he drives the two hours up to Portland, and we go in to see Tiffany, except she is not there (although she assured me she would be). We are seated with another banker who spends 20 minutes filling out my application. She then realizes there is no spot on the app for a cosigner, so she calls her boss and is told Chase does not allow cosigning like that. However, she says, my dad can get a card and let me use it, which is 'pretty much the same thing as having your own card'. We left soon after without any card. The employees at this Chase Branch are uniformed about their occupations, and will waste your time before you figure that out. Fine for simple transactions, but if you need to sit down with someone, go somewhere else.

The Asst. Manager at the 92 E. 103rd Street,Chicago branch is rude, discriminatory and harassing. Tinzella Carter need to go for customer service training and take a hand analysis class. She needs to learn to relate to the customers she deals with. How are to going to question someone who presents all ID required by Chase. I hope everyone that has been harrassed by any chase branch files a formal complaint with chase. We dont have to take this behaviour from anyone. The Judson Branch Manager, Michelle Debeaux is beyond rude and unprofessional; she refuses to speak to her customers. It's ridiculous to go into your bank and not be able to speak with a manager! If you call this branch no-one will help you or return your call; well that is if anyone actually answers the phone. We banked with Chase for over 18 years and always had a great experience until the past couple of years when this new manager was hired. Due to lack of courtesy and respect from Michelle Debeaux, we closed all of our accounts, investment accounts and will be moving our mortgage from Chase. I guarantee if you go to this branch you will receive poor customer service and unprofessionalism. I will NEVER recommend and tell EVERYONE I know to never go to Chase Bank!!

Mrs Debeaux was equally unpleasant and unprofessional at the Chase branch in Marshall. I closed all my accounts at the time because of her. Same problems as the earlier stated; poor customer service, incompetance.

The branch manager, Amanda Tomlinson, seems to be on vacation more than she's there. The rest of the staff hides whenever someone walks in. T
he tellers act annoyed if you don't have a deposit slip.
The tellers work even when they're violently ill and snotting and coughing and sneezing all over the money and paperwork.
I've had holds placed on deposits where the call center says the branch placed the hold, and the branch says the call center placed the hold.
Last week, one of the tellers saw that I was depositing a large check, and asked if she could have some of it.
The convenience of having branches everywhere isn't enough to make up for the way Chase does business.

Chase Bank Munster Indiana have sent me to Foreclosure, I have never missed a payment, I have paid more on my Mortgage than needed and they cannot fix their computer issue. They have reported me to credit companies, so I cannot refinance, They are illegally trying to steal my home and force me to foreclose. Stop making your payment if you want to be approved for a loan modification. If you miss a few payments, they will not ask for your bank statements thus they have nothing to turn you down on. if you are current on your mortgage, they will ask for any bank account you sign on. They will turn you down for cash reserves. They look for any reason to reject you not approve you. Remember that Bail out banks define cash reserves as money you can rob, not just the money that belongs to you, same way they think of the money in their bank right now.. all theirs.

Stop making your payment if you want to be approved for a loan modification. We currently have our mortgage with Chase. Everytime we went inside the bank, we were offered an opportunity to refinance at a lower rate. Although we questioned WHY Chase would want to reduce the amount of money they get from us, we succumbed to their seduction and paid the $395 application fee. With excellent credit, we figured this would be a slamdunk. After more than two months, a new survey (they already had one that was less than four years old!), and countless pieces of documentation, we received an unsigned letter from the Dallas corporate office saying Chase would be unable to refinance our home. The reason they gave was boilerplate and had absolutely no bearing on our application. To date - a month since we received the unsigned letter, we still have not heard one word - no letter, no phone call - nothing - from the local loan officer who handled the process. If this is their idea of customer service, it's no wonder Chase wound up in the 2011 Customer Service Hall of Shame. After nearly 30 years of banking with Chase and/or the banks it has gobbled up over the years, I am taking my business to a credit union. We cannot overcome our feelings of being scammed.

We currently have our mortgage with Chase. Everytime we went inside the bank, we were offered an opportunity to refinance at a lower rate. I have so mad right now. I just went through the drive-thru banking at the Chase Bank on Sleater Kinney. I went the lane that has the capsule and tube for sending in your items. I pulled up sent in my stuff. There was a car in the first lane at the window. It took them a few minutes to finish up and they left. The teller, Bryce was his name, decided to ignore me when I was looking directly at him and wait for the next car to pull up to his windo. Then he waited for them to fill out a deposit slip and write an account number on a check. In the car was two different people with two different transactions. Ridiculous. He ignored my deposit waiting patiently in the capsule in the bank. Why did he think I was sitting there? I was so mad about being purposely ignored I drove to the front of the bank. Had the assistant manager get my deposit slip and I will report it as well. The worst staff of any bank. Thinking of leaving this bank for the customer service reason. I have been with WAMU and now Chase 8 years. I think I may be time to find a new bank relationship.

I pulled up sent in my stuff. There was a car in the first lane at the window. It took them a few minutes to finish up and they left. The teller, Bryce was his name, decided to ignore me when I was looking directly at him and wait for the next car to pull up to his windo. Then he waited for them to fill out a deposit slip and write an account number on a check. In the car was two different people with two different transactions. Ridiculous. He ignored my deposit waiting patiently in the capsule in the bank. Why did he think I was sitting there? I was so mad about being purposely ignored I drove to the front of the bank. Had the assistant manager get my deposit slip and I will report it as well. The worst staff of any bank. Thinking of leaving this bank for the customer service reason. I have been with WAMU and now Chase 8 years. I think I may be time to find a new bank relationship.

This bank is not good. Every time I go in they tell me that they will help me with my needs. "let me take a look at your accounts to make sure everything is ok" They go over all of my accounts, business and personal, and screw everything up. It normally takes ten minutes to wreck my contact information, etc. I sit down thinking that I am getting wehat I asked for and end up with a sales pitch wasting my time and ruining my information.
I also applied for a mortgage at this bank for my house. Rates were 1% higher than I ended up with at HSBC.

The worst bank in the area. Very poorly run. The entire management staff should be let go. I'd rather go to have a tooth pulled than deal with this staff.

Watch out for excessive, and I mean excessive hidden charges. Ridiculous. I banked with wamu, stayed with chase after takeover and now boy they sneaking in all kinds of charges you won't pay elsewhere. As of today, I'm closing personal and business accounts, my kids savings accounts there and moving over to San Diego County Credit Union. The rep told me they've been getting a lot of chase customers lately (because of the fee changes in Feb. 2011) I suspect. Stay away. Staff is always very friendly, it's not their fault they work for crooks. Honestly, I've never seen such fees, on withdrawals, transfers and withdrawal limit... $87 over three months and I don't even have an atm and write about 2 checks per month. bahbye chase.

I was appalled by the level of professionalism at this branch's manager. I have been doing business at this bank with daily transactions in the thousands. I recently stopped by the Easton branch (which is closest to my office) to get a make a correction to a cashier check that was processed at this location. The lady who helped me was rolling her eyes when I explained to the issue that involved an $8 fee (yes, Eight Dollars), and when I requested the manager, the numnut didn't even look at my account to consider my long and good standing business with the branch and bank, he literally dismissed my concerns with scripted blank statements for $8 versus 4 figure transactions I do with the bank daily. If you are looking for a good chase branch, don't stop by this location. There are good staff there, but the guy "who needs to get laid" there should not be managing this branch.

The JP Morgan Chase Bank on Cortez Road in Bradenton actually wanted to charge me $50 to cash a business check in which they were the bank account holders!
