I'm not sure who these reviewers are speaking with, but this branch and its staff are amazing. Chase may have hidden fees, but the only one I notice or have a problem with is the fee for a cashiers check. After banking with BOA, Chase is an angel. I go out of my way to bank at this location even though it is not convenient to go into HEB at times. It makes you wonder why the only time people review is to speak neg.

I am always greeted with a friendly smile. Staff have a good working knowledge of bank services. Special customer service reps made me feel like an important customer even though my deposits are small.

I have been banking with Chase since it took over Wamu. I have had no problems, and will continue with my personal and business banking at Chase in Rancho Bernardo, CA.  The staff is personable, the loan officers are helpful, and I have never had a bad experience with Chase. Thank you to all of you!

I absolutely love my chase bank. They have been nothing but helpful.  I have opened my daughters accounts there and thought the service was tremendous, we were never pushed to open something that we did not want or products were not pushed on us.  The people especially the manager remembers my name everytime I walk in and I don't walk in alot, I am always impressed by that.  They are very friendly and I like seeing the same faces year after year. Unlike many of the reviews I have read I love my Chase Banking Experiences.

This is not our main bank. I opened a second account, for all my online business.  I like this bank because the hours are better - it's opened later at night.  It's convenient - as I shop at Meijer's a lot.  And so far, I haven't had any late-fees.  Other banks seem to apply your out-going payments before your deposits - forcing more late fees. This bank always adds in the deposits before the outgoing payments. Other banks say if you deposit after 3pm, it won't be credited until the next day. This bank, you just have to have it in before closing, and it's still credited THAT day. I like that. The only thing I didn't like was that I have a yearly fee for my debit card, that I've never had with any other bank, ever.  But - otherwise, I've had good service.  The people are very friendly, but service is rather slow.

My Signature Card Stolen! - Alert!

I have always liked this bank on Main St.  A short time ago, my original signature card, plus about five other customers signature card were found outside, across the street from the bank!  The bank has been investigating this...and have never gotten back to me...it's been a month.  These signature cards have all your personal information on it...driver's license number, birthdate, social security..everything!!!  Still waiting for a response.

I've been pretty happy with this bank other than my most recent visit.  One of the "desk" people lured me back to his desk and was trying to get me to sign up for a chase credit card.  I told the guy I didn't want a credit card and he kept pushing it.  When I left I was still saying no to the credit card, and a few days later a credit card showed up.  I am not very happy about this experience.
