My wife and I decided to give Chase a try since they have better benefits and lower merchant rates. The problem I have with this location is they are so rude. There were 3 Chase employee that said to me on different days,"Is that your mom?" Referring that my wife is my mom. Are you serious? My wife and I run a business together pushing 12hrs. 6 days a week. She work very hard and I don't appreciate the insult. How about if you don't know how the client is related to each other than just ask. So how do you guys know each other or related?

Worst experience i had in a long time.. I was looking for some help with my accounts ive been banking with chase for over 20 years I saw a woman Natasha Bucks who wasent busy at all i ask if she can help me with a charge on my account.. I was told she only helps premier private customers and i need to have more then 100,000 to even talk with her, she pointed to go see someone in the front and walked away from me with a smug attitude.. i never had anyone make me feel so worthless like that needless to say i am closing my acocunts there no one should be that rude.

One of the worst Chase branch in high net area of Westchase in Tampa FL

This is one of the worst J P Morgan Chase branch in Westchase (Tampa) Florida. Customer service is the worst including the Mortgage Banker who never returns calls. This building was purchased by Chase from Bay Cities Bank in Tampa Florida and when Bay Cities Bank was there, Customer Service was World Class under the direction of the branch manager.

The current branch manager (April 22, 2013) is useless including the office staff. I can't wait to have this branch closed. This branch does not have a notary service during normal business hours. What a shame!!

"Joe" at the branch on 88th and sheridan was busy telling stories with another staff person, over hearing the slang word "F...", but the storytelling ended when a pleasant and helpful teller, asked "Joe" to help me with my deposit. The teller came over and acted strange, saying things like "how's you interest rate, is it like being on crack"? My response was to stop talking with him.He really lacks common customer skills training. He acts as if he is a 17-year-old and this is his 1st job.

Demand for copies of Notary Journal Line Entries

My lawyer looked at a Will Dated July 16,2011-with a Notary Stamp from Brett A Jones- This Will shows my uncle is fine-No signature of my uncle on this Will-also 2 more signatures showing my uncle sound in mind.
My uncle had just got out the hospital July 4,2011& I know he was still  sick.
This Brett A Jones never responsed to the lawyers request.
& this paper if forged.

Remarkably unprofessional, from the loud blaring music overhead, to the staff being generally uninformed and unable to answer basic questions, to not communicating with clients about simple questions, to making errors with basic tasks, to all kinds of obsequious lip service with limited know-how. I am looking for a professional competent banker in the area bec I will not be using this branch for my banking needs.

I was very impress with JP Morgan Chase location in the West End. Your service was superb. Lakesha your service was immaculate, and excellent. I recommend all veterans and current miltary members to open a Miltary account. Thanks it a pleasure to be your client.

Called this office about web access and the rep doesn't have a clue then put you on hold for ever.

Mortgage Loan application process was a horrible experience. Chase failed in so many ways, I do not believe I have the space to write all the areas where they need improvement. This process dragged for over 2 months. The branch loan officer was difficult to reach, did not return calls in a timely fashion. He would call back after 9:00 pm, or would text which I consider informal and unprofessional. I attempted to contact his manager who did not return my calls when I had so many concerns with this process. I felt I was not treated as a valued customer, and will never use Chase again or recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage loan.

The employees are completely inept.  They can't handle a simple transaction correctly the 1st time, it takes multiple calls and/or visits.

I came in to exchange a worn one hundred dollar bill. First the teller told me the bill was fake and felt like plastic. I ask to see the bank manager she took her sweet time to get up to speak to me. When she finally came over she told me that chase doesn't take old bills and rolled it up and threw at me and told me to leave the bank or she call the police. I took the bill across the street and the post office exchange my bill for me no problem. Later that day I Called the chase number on the chase website and the customer service number to tell someone what had happen to me and the representative had the nerve to give me the number of the chase branch I walked into. All in all I have never had a chase card and I never will after what had happen to me. If this review stops just one person from going to chase bank then I have done my job as a concerned citizen. In conclusion chase of Yonkers is not a peoples branch chase banks are not friendly you have many more options when it comes to your money. You should be treated with respect when you walk into a place of business.

I heard a super bad story about a friend of mine who went into this bank.
I wasn't at all shocked when I heard my buddy's story because I experienced a great deal of this there myself when I opened an account.

 The banker there named Cindy ly not only flirts calls your personal number checks into your account info and sends personal cards with doodles to you but the idea of professionalism is to not do anything about a problem. Sexual harassment runs strong at this bank!!!

$3,000 deposit at teller window, end of day, Friday. Registered as $30.00, amidst laughing/joking counter clerks.Discovered mistake, over weekend. Told nothing could be done over weekend. Meanwhile,AmEx wire transfer denied, shutting down Gold Card.Went to branch,Mondayam Took FIVE people to confirm patently clear mistake acknowledged by phone over weekend. Credit for mistake hit my account twice/twice debited check writer's account!Tuesday afternoon:Trying to get letter faxed to AmEx, after call back request left with yet person. Repeated calls to mailbox number, unanaswered. Branch manager calls, asking why she hasn't heard from me. A day in total frustration.

Our business banks with Chase and we were trying to get a loan, which they declined.  We easily got the loan from Citizens National Bank, where they are more small business friendly.  Then, the paperwork (old property appraisals and environmental assessments) were lost.  The asst VP (joke) first told us he returned them to us, then told us he never took them from us.  I have it documented that he did.  He can't even keep his lies straight.  No one will return my call now, so apparently this is not a rare occurence.  We are moving all our business and personal accounts out of this bank!!!

They have a new teller/banker there. I thought he was rather friendly. Now I think I know why. He opened a new account for me and asked if I wanted to set up Direct Deposit from Social Security. I said no. I will handle that myself when I feel comfortable with this bank. Then 11 days later he calls on my cell phone and says he noticed not much activity on my account. I was a bit surprised at why he was even looking at my account. I told him I would have more activiy when I feel more comfortable with my new account. Now I just went to my account online with social security and see that someone, not me, has changed my direct deposit to go to this bank and my new account rather than the other account I had already set up with my other bank. This was not me as I was not ready to do so  yet and I always set up my own direct deposit accounts. I have never allowed a bank to do so for me. This new banker has only been there since September of this year so he may be up to something shady. Be very carefull if you bank there.

The assistant manager at the Amboy branch is rude and not friendly. I came in to deposit some checks for my girl friend and waited on line. There was only 2 people ahead of me and it seemed like an eternity that we waited. But to make things worse, the customer service representatives were just gossiping and laughing. Not once did make eye contact to assist me or the other people on line. After 5 mins of waiting I was called to the window and gave my deposit. Not a hello or a sorry for your wait. The 2 reps behind me were still laughing and having a grand old time when I asked the teller to speak up louder because I could not hear her over the 2 hyenas behind me. She asked me if I wanted the balance on the receipt and I said ok, then she proceeded to ask me for my id because my name was not on the account. I told her its fine, I dont need the balance and would not have agreed to put it on the receipt unless she asked me for them. She started to grumble and I asked her to speak with the manager. She then said I am the assistant manager what can I do for you in a nasty tone. between the wait, and the nasty grumbling management, I am convincing my girlfriend to close her accounts to sovereign bank which is directly across the street. Guess Chase does not need the wedding account that we just opened 2 months ago and the mortgage that we were planning to do with them

I went into the bank to cash a refund check from school which in the same building was directed to a personal banker once I got in his office I was asked why I didnt have an account with Chase after telling him that I was with a community bank and wanted to continue to support the smaller community bank. He wanted to go back and forth with me about how Chase employ people in those same communities and just gave a million dollars to community organizations. He then attempted to cash the check and then told me that my school ID was expired and I need another form of ID as my secondary ID so I gave him my bank Debit card and was told that I couldn't use it because it was a pre-paid card. I told him it was not it was the card tied to my checking account her then went and got his assistant manager and she backed his decision. I left and went to another branch who not only cashed the check with the same ID but then called the branch and asked what the problem was they told her it the name of the bank mucdt be displayed and she read them the bank name from the card. The customer service at this branch is always bad and the assistant manager has a very nasty dispositiion.

When to the ATM machine at the back of this bank and the machine spit the money out and the wind caught it and blew it all over the place. We are talking about 30, 20 dollar bills. So I go into the bank to tell them about it. First thing out of their mouth is nothing we can do. Not our problem. Teller is total rude and uncooperative. Bank manager very rude. Terrible customer service.I have never been treated so poorly by any institution like this before. So I lost 40 dollars. Do they care. What do you think!

This just about staff.  I work for a small company and brought in a $250K deposit.  I am not on the bank account, but make deposits regularly.  I also regularly need lien releases notarized for our business.  We just moved most $$ from BOA to Chase so I don't have a notary relationship with Chase.  I took  a large deposit along with a lien release to be notarized and provided my ID, business card, etc.  They grabbed my deposit while I talked to the notary. He asked if I was on the acct and I said no, but I am making a large deposit for our company.  His comment "what are you trying to bribe me?"  then he took my ID, left came back and said "I can't notarize your lien release.  You are not on the account.  I can't even verify that the document you have is even valid."  Umm.  Is that a notary's job?  Was I supposed to bring in all of my supporting documentation?  Ummm, no.  So they took the deposit but I wasn't worthy of a notary.  And, I had the opp to take the money to BOA (our alternate account).  I won't go back again and will report it to the owners.

We have been trying to purchase a home that was backed by chase.We put an offer in back in June and have had nothing but excuses and problems.The House is a short sale which is expected to take longer.The fact of the matter is you can never get in touch with anyone that knows anything, let alone that actually does anything. I truly feel sorry for anyone that banks with this Company.

I also was one who inherited this bank when they took over Bank One and will shout from the rooftops until the day I die the widespread corruption that is yet allowed to run rampant through this bank.  There are dozens of Class Action lawsuits against JP Morgan Chase for forced home flood insurance that is beyond criminal and just plain mob like.  

We have tried for 7 years now to get our 2nd mortgage refunded for flood insurance + interest charged on it at 8.6% for flood coverage we have proven time and time again that we already had during the policy period.  

If you have experienced this - view your statements and see an insurance cancel key notation by a charge you have challenged, don't trust it.  You have to look at the balance.  It probably will not show that it is reversed.  

We pointed this out to the Vice President at this branch who didn't catch it after we spend several weeks trying to get a payoff amount for this loan with adjustments made for their fraudulent charges.  

We owed about $19,000 last year and they have an extra $10,000 on top of this amount for just forced flood insurance charges.  Yes you read that right.  

Even though JP Morgan was recently called before a committee to testify and released scott free by an equally corrupt committee, someday these people will face the music.  JP can flash his Obama cufflinks and smugly sit on his laurels as he and others like him rape this country but ONE DAY it will come to a screetching halt and justice will be served.
