Yesterday June 22 After waiting on line for ten Minutes I was told by the teller that they did not have two rolls of quarters and that I should have a seat until one of the officers could get change out of the vault once they had some free time.
Last Month I stopped in to take a withdrawal from my IRA. I was told that I would have to go to a branch which had an IRA agent. Huh?
As Wells Fargo always has rolls of quarters, and allows you to make withdrawals from your acct at any branch. I will move my accounts there.

I have had a relationship with this Bank and all of its predecessors since 1984. The service at the Branch gets worse by the week. No one will answer a simple question unless you sit down with a "Banking Specialist" ie Salesman that wants to waste your time and sell you products.
Today the Manage refused check deposits that were in the name of my Trust. They have accepted these for over four years... NOT Today. I was told to open a Trust acct with them...NOT ON YOUR LIFE>

This branch happens to be 3 mintes from my home! But I drive to 44th street in Thomas or at the Biltmore. No one is friendly, one maybe two windows are open with alot of customers always waiting! I have given this branch several chances to see if it would improve but NO chance! Trust me, I have shared my thoughts with the employess.

I have been a chase bank customer for 10 years. I only had a savings account. A little over a month ago I went to the thornydale and ina chase branch to make a deposit and the young lady that helped me, her name was Rachael really encenuated that I open a checking account. She told me all the benefits of having a chase checking account and I was like why not. I opened the checking and ever since the account has been active Racheal always provided me the service needed to meet my banking needs. Recently just about 3 days ago I deposited two money orders to my account from a job that I did partime. I was informed by chase bank that my account was restricted three days after the money orders were deposited because the money orders were fraud. Utilizing some of my co-workers who knew how to dig for information to find the criminals I took some of the information I had over to Racheal at the Chase branch on Ina and Thornydale and she immediately took charge, told me she was going to inform her manager and let me know how to determine in the future whether or not any other money orders I get are fraudulent. Because of Rachael, I am still feeling at ease even though I feel as though I am in a crisis.

I have been a chase bank customer for 10 years. I only had a savings account. I too was a WaMu customer but the Chase on I 45 and 3083 was not a WaMu before. In fact I had to wait until the conversion was made before I could make deposits at tis Branch. Since I started going there has been two male managers who have treated me most professionally. The Personal Bankers one who has left and Ms. Bluestein have been outstanding in thie assistance to me. I have nothing but praise for the entire staff who have been friendly and professional. I have had some difficulties with the internet for Chase.

I was forced into chase with the hostile takeover they did last year. Since their takeover, I have repeatedly been treated as less than human at the Chase branch by me. The branch manager there had lied directly to me about Chase's policies stating it takes a full business day to credit a deposit to an account. When I tried to questioned her on it, she threatened to have throw me out of the branch for 'making a scene'. As a result, I took my business to a different Chase branch up north, and there I was treated with kindness and respect, and my money was deposited that same day. I was with the same branch when it was WaMu for 15 years, and I will never return after the way I've been treated. This is only one of many incidents, it just happened to be the final straw... Credit Unions here I come!

While the staff here is very friendly, there is a major problem. After checks are cleared by our employeer the bank is not saying that they are deposited. I called to see is the check had cleared and the bank said it had so I went out to Wal-Mart and Kroger to buy a few things and the bank statement came in the mail with overdraft fees for that trip. Also, we were set up on a automatic withdraw for our gas payment and used over the phone payments for other utilities.When the statement came in I knew there would be 2 overdraft fees for these over the phone bills but I did not expect 6. Each over the phone payment took out the 2 fees for the process seperately. Another problem is $250 missing from our account. We went to the bank to solve this issue with our reciets and deposit slips and though the prof was all there that the were at fault NOTHING was done about it. Needless to say we switched banks and are currently with City bank with no problems what-so-ever. Save yourself the trouble and don't bank with Chase!!!

I have recently moved to fort myers and I guess if you're an older person that has been going there for a long time, mediocrity is acceptable and people feel what is the use of complaining. My name is Rowe. Each and every time I entered the Church Ave Branch (Chase Bank)the lines are long and they are 2 Bank Tellers working. The Other stations are empty. The lines are so long that they protrude almost to the ATM area. I have resided in Westchester and Rockland County. I have compared the branches in Yonkers NY, Rockland NY, or other locations. The church ave branch located brooklyn NY is the worse; when it comes to customer service PERIOD. I thought the service would have gotten a little better when chase took over from Washington Mut., but I was completely wrong.. Chase should do something to cure the waiting time..

I can walk in and talk to them about any banking problem and they always go above and beyond. They know me by name and that's rare. The staff is wonderful, especially Amber. I would not be banking with Chase if it wasn't for them. Other local branchs are unfriendly. This one has great hours and great personnel.

This bank has not twice, but three times messed up my deposit information (date, have deposit slip to prove it) and have held my checks AFTER THEY HAVE CLEARED IN THE CHECK HOLDERS BANK (FOR OVER 10 DAYS)! I've been pretty happy with this bank other than my most recent visit. One of the "desk" people lured me back to his desk and was trying to get me to sign up for a chase credit card. I told the guy I didn't want a credit card and he kept pushing it. When I left I was still saying no to the credit card, and a few days later a credit card showed up. I am not very happy about this experience.

I called to inquire about he timing of a deposit. The young man was almost rudely insistant in my being assured that HE was not at fault (even talking over me and hinting that I was!!) than in simply explaining the problem/procedure and apologizing for the delay. I called to inquire about he timing of a deposit. The young man was almost rudely insistant in my being assured that HE was not at fault (even talking over me and hinting that I was!!) than in simply explaining the problem/procedure and apologizing for the delay. This occurance was surprising in that it was exactly opposite my usual weekly experience in person in the bank. The friendliness and accomodation of the counter personnel, especially Robyn, have been outstanding!!

This branch is extremly friendly, supportive and cistomer oriented. There is hardly ever a wait and the staff are so friendly! They usually recognize me and greet me by name and have been extra helpful, for example, saving Susan B. Anthony Coins for me when I wanted them to send my nieces and nephews at Christmas!
