I feel compelled to write a review after reading the reviews below.  I am a former WAMU customer and had reservations about the services that would be provided to me by Chase after the transition.  I have been treated with the utmost professionalism both at this branch and on the telephone.  It's dissapointing that some of the customers Chase has to serve are so rude and obnoxious.  Really, do we need to call people names or bully them about their physical appearance?  That has nothing to do with anything.  I plan on being a Chase customer as long as there is a branch near my home.

There is one and only one branch of Chase that I deal with now and it's because of the excellent customer service given by Amanda at the Van Born Branch in Dearborn Heights, Mich.  She never disappoints and always follows up as promised. She goes out of her way to make customers feel special like they are the only customer there despite how busy she is. She the only reason I have kept all my accts including my business acct with Chase.

This morning (7/5/2011) I had a wonderful experience with Chase Bank in Central.  The bank manager, Renee, was very polite, professional, and accommadating. This experience insured we will be dealing with Chase Central for years to come.   Thank you,   Renee.

The staff here is great! I love banking here. I am always greeted as I come into the door.  I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes to see a teller. I have not had any trouble with my mortgages.  If I had any questions I have asked management directly and have had my questions answered. I will continue to bank here evem though it is not the closest branch to me, the staff knows what they are doing.

I don't have anything bad to say about this bank. It's a staff of some pretty young folks who make you feel welcome the minute you walk in. I have a great deal of money in this bank, and the manager, Luke, has even come in early to help me with transactions before overseas trips. I've seen some pretty bad reviews on some of the Chase branches, so I felt compelled to add a more positive slant because of my positive experiences in San Fran.

My family has used Chase Bank for about 40 years, back when Chase use to be Bank One.    We not only used the bank for our personal accounts but for my father’s business.  We had 5 different business locations around our area with their own company account in their city with Chase.

I have NEVER had a problem with any of the staff or management during this time.  They know me by name and always ask how my parents are doing. I have never had to wait for any activity that needed to be processed. Recently my father passed away and they were very helpful with the legal business.

I highly recommend the Chase Bank  for all your needs!

I came in upset because I was being charged a fee on my account and wanted to close out my business with Chase. After speaking to Zach I decided to stay a while longer to try out a better account that I qualified for because of my investments. I am pleased to say he has been consistently helpful and I will probably be moving more business over to work with him.

Chase bank has been a great place for banking, it turns out they are very helpful as well as knowledgeable! Any problems I have encountered they have fixed and they have account protection as well as are great with helping you understand! They even have rewards you get 4 pts for every $ and you can get your rewards back in cash every month right to your account!!

   Me and my wife have been using this bank for awhile and are very satisfied.  They have answered all our questions, occasionally have candy and refreshments.  The staff is friendly and patient as well.
   Very good location, good hours, ATMs work fine (unlike one of the ones in Newark).  Staff is professional and knowledgable (unlike a bank I have had in  Brooklyn).  And the ATMs support multiple languages (which is a fun bonus so we can practice other languages at the ATM),
   Interest rates could be better, but then again they are low everywhere now.

My husband and I have been with this bank for a year. I am very satisfied with the level of service and the bank staff are excellent! I will not go to another location unless i just have to!

Overall great experience. I dealt with one of the bankers Seth and he has been great! I spoke with one of the managers Kristen and the entire staff was wonderful. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot believe these reviews are about this bank.  I am new to this bank and the experience has been wonderful compared to the bank I left in Michigan.  The service is fantastic by intelligent people who are interested in me and my needs. I have been treated only with dignity and respect.  My banking needs are taken care of promptly by friendly and efficient employees.  I only have had very positive experiences at this bank.

I don't know what these customers are grousing about. Are we talking about the same bank? We have been with this bank for years. We have always received superior service. Ever since WA Mu was bought by Chase, I have noticed an increased quality of customer service. We have always been treated with respect and professionalism by all the staff. Our wait time is never excessive, and our experiences have been consistently positive. When we go there, we expect--and get--bank employees who "go the extra mile" to accommodate our needs. I am very particular about how we, the customers, are treated, particularly with a business that handles our finances.

I am a highly discriminating customer and if I am dissatisfied with a business will not hesitate (and have several times) to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I recently wrote a letter of commendation to the regional office and another top office. I have very high expectations and standards regarding business transactions, and this bank has exceeded them. I am very pleased with this bank and their personnel.

I have had my business banking with wamu, now chase, for the past several years. I was with another bank with my personal banking for 9 years when they restructured their system and I was charged all sorts of fees. So, I recently switched my personal banking over to chase as well! Reasons being free checking, simple and clear, awesome staff everytime I have any sort of inquiry it is ALWAYS taken care of with a knowledgeable person which I was not getting from the other bank. Thank you to Roberto for setting me up with my new personal checking and savings the RB location.

we have a heloc at a great rate and chase has been very pleasent and helpful for the years we have been with them... ALTHEA  at creditline services went out of her way to shorten the time i had to wait for help and TIM BASSO has been a great personal banker at the 83rd ave and thunderbird location in peoria az.

I have banked with WaMu now Chase for the past 6 years.  I have found the staff to be knowledgeable, professional in demeanor and excellent in terms of customer service. The Branch Manager even assists clients with regular transactions if the staff is busy.  Rather than having a dissatisfied customer this manager steps in to assist.  I have come to know some of the staff by name and am pleased to say that eventhough I have moved to Nashville (where there is no Chase) I will always keep an account with the Midtown Branch of Chase.  Keep up the good work.

If bank business is the way it is at Chase Bank at St Mary's street fort wayne, I can't believe anyone not wanting to stop by the bank any time just to say hello to the team of wonderful staff, even if the person has no financial business to transact. If anyone can tell the truth, they will feel the way I do, or even more. KEEP IT UP CHASE BANK AT ST MARY'S FORT WAYNE.
