I arrived at the bank today a few minutes after 5 pm (which is when it closes). Just came back from a trip and was in desperate need for quarters for my mountain of laundry. The door was already locked but the staff decided to let me in anyway. I was surprised and grateful, especially after trying to get to a closer bank right at 5 pm but everyone in there refused to even acknowledge me. I've had other positive interactions here before - the tellers have been polite and ready with a smile. The ATMs are well serviced and the area is kept clean. I detracted one star because of some of the issues I've had after hours with the door lock. Fortunately, it's always been fixed the next day.

Overall, the staff is very friendly at the Carle Place HSBC. There's Sangeeta, Maria, Claudette, and last but not least Bahavini who work the stalls. Sometimes when there's an overflow of people, Leslie will step in and help out. Sabina and Thomas, John, and pardon me if I've forgot your name... work the booths for more detailed work. I've had next to no difficulties when working our businesses with this staff. HSBC corporate: Keep all of them! :)

I am writing regarding one of the personal bankers at the Georgetown branch. Anthony Nicolella recently became our personal banker. I asked him if it was possible to combine my commercial and personal accounts on to one screen so I would not have to bounce back and forth and be able to maneuver between them easily without cost. Anthony (Tony) welcomed this unsual challenge and worked with both the commercial and personal sides and made it all happen in a matter of a few days. Anthony is the kind of personal banker who truly believes in making sure his clients are totally satisfied. If you are looking for a personal manager who truly cares about his clients needs. I highly recommend him.
