I've been client since 2018 and I have no complaints, I really feel identified with the brand and its part of my Top 5 Banks actually. As a foreigner i was unable to open an account but once i became Resident the process was really fast and reliable. The bank offer the same services than others but looks more exclusive and elegant, i feel privileged to be a client i must say, the environment at the Doral Branch is absolutely different than other banks in Miami area, the personnel is always ready to help and smiling. 10/10 for HSBC

I have been with this bank for fives years. This is a excellent bank. I have all my accounts in different parts of the world. I have access to my accounts in a single login. I transfer money in just a click from my keyboard. If the interest rates are low here in the US, I can transfer my money to another international account with a higher interest rate. My mortgage rate is at a low 3.65 percent and the escrow closed on time. As for BofA, Chase, Wellsfargo, and Citibank, They charge an arm and a leg for everything to say nothing for their triple international fees. They are way behind in international banking if you know what I mean. HSBC is setting the standards for the International market.

Great Investment Professionals

The service and knowledege of product was exceptional from the whole team. I got full financial planning from mortgage, banking and investments.

Ramon is a great banker. He gives excellent guidance and is always availiable to assist.  
He is the reason I haven't moved to a local bank.

The staff here is exceptional and should be praised!
I had a problem with my mortgage and another with an incorrect credit rating.  Both issues were from the corporate office.  The staff at this bank helped me with both, quickly, in a caring fashion and correctly.  They went out of their way to rectify a situation which was no fault of their own .
I highly recommend them and I thank them!

Don't normally post reviews, but had to since I couldn't disagree more with all the negative ones here.  HSBC has been fantastic since we moved from the UK to US.  Our account AND credit cards were set up before we left the UK, every person we've dealt with, on both sides of the Atlantic, has been efficient, helpful and courteous whether on the phone, by e-mail, or in person.  

Our 'personal banker' in Fairfax, VA always follows up on the discussions we have with him, just enough to remind us to take action, but not so much that it feels intrusive.  He has over 300 clients, but always makes us feel like we're his only ones.

I left my purse in the branch once by mistake, and when I went back 5 minutes later one of the clerks had already left a voicemail on my husband's (old) work phone to let me know.  As a result I realized that some of our contact details were out of date, but the clerk immediately changed them for me.

We are still finding our way with the American banking system, but HSBC has helped us a great deal, every step of the way, making sure that we are getting the best deal and making progress as we settle.

Couldn't be happier, and would recommend them to anyone.

I love this branch and the customer service. I moved my accounts from citibank several years ago and it was the best moved I could have ever done. I've had my account with hsbc for about 8 yrs now and all the while living abroad, etc. They have always been there for me with their excellence. I recommned this bank and this branch to everyone!

I worked with the branch manager for years.  I actually brought my business to HSBC from Wells Fargo because of his detication to his profession and to his clients.
