I own three rental properties and am on my second home and my experience with HFSB was the best I've had with a loan.  They did what they said they would in the time frame they quoted.  In just over a month we locked and closed on a 3.5% APR in March of 2013.  Tracey was fantastic to work with - she was very thorough, gave us personal attention, and walked us through the many details that have been placed on the ReFi business.  They nailed their quote, explained their costs and we weren't surprised.  Having had other experiences that weren't as good, I'm grateful to house my primary mortgage with a bank I can trust.

Banking service at Home Federal goes above and beyond expectations. Various bankers have helped me, several times, outside of their normal business hours. I have had many loans, with Home Federal, including a home loan. Their interest rates are fair, and they are fast and efficient with the paperwork. If honesty is what you are looking for, open an account here. I have trusted them for more than 20 years, and have never been disappointed.
