My father recently passed away. There were a lot of changes to be made with his Estate account and I had so many questions. Everyone here was so patient and kind. Even though I live in Oregon, I will continue to do banking here for a long time!

Citizens Community Bank treats me so well - they are excellent to work with. I tell all of my friends they need to make the switch. I am one very satisfied customer!

I was very upset about the review I read on this site. My experience with Citizens Community Bank and Oli Devaud has been nothing but positive. They are the friendliest bank I have ever had and it disturbs me that someone would want to trash a really good bank. Sounds like someone who has an ax to grind.
