I live in VA but found occasion to visit the bank for a service request. I met with Chris and Joe. They were on-time regarding my meeting.(critical for me as I traveled 4 hours to meet with them)
My need while typical, it some what unusual and requires some consideration, not just a "box fit". They listened and contributed suggestions and are currently evaluating my request.
I don't have an answer as yet, but at least I have consideration and understanding. I can't ask for more. I hope we'll have a long future together as I'm very loyal and will be moving a number of accounts to them.
