Do not use this bank if you are a working person because some of the tellers will treat you like you are poor trash
Some of the tellers are very rude you cant tell the manager because they are too busy to talk to you. Now if you are rich the by all means go to this bank you will get good treatment

I've only been with the bank for a few weeks. The staff was nice and polite however when I needed help to solve a problem they were unable to help. My money was being held hostage in my account and I really needed access to it. They Would only raise the limit on my card at a point of sale. I needed to pay my brother who was on the road with his family and broke. They would however let me wire the money for a 15 dollar fee but simply raising the limit on the card was not an option. Only for a purchase. The branch manager told me "There was nothing she could do". Liar!! Nothing she would do. In short. Just another bank... They won't even let me have my own money...

I wish I saw these comments before putting money in this bank. They make lots of errors and when I have relied on their erroneous information, they charged me overdraft fees. If they tell me I have money, then I spend it, they should not charge overdraft.
When I complained to the customer service rep, she said it was "above her paygrade" and did not connect with with a supervisor.
