Been with First Midwest for 35 - 50 yrs since before it changed hands. Only took two times dealing with John Pennington to close out my checking except for $10. I'm turning First Midwest East Moline into the Better Business Bureau. Kay Sears

I walked in the lobby one day and the drive-through tellers were talking about the customers like saying who deposits $20 and stuff like that and it was just like they were in their own little gossip world very inappropriate.
