I did a lot of checking on local banks before deciding on First Citizens Bank. I am proud to say that I now bank at the only 5 Star rates bank in town. The staff is tremendous and I always feel like they go above and beyond. I have since met with a rep from First Citizens Investor Services. I am in the process of dumping Edward Jones and moving to FCIS. They have also offered to quote my insurance and assist me with my long term planning. This bank really does have it all...products, services, great staff and an even better reputation!!
