I have been a customer with the local Greenwood branch for 20 years. My experiences had been positive until recently. I had a very negative experience with a teller named Kayla and the operation manager named Vicki. I encourage the bank to review their policy on conflict resolution. I am very disappointed in how I was treated recently on a minor dispute. Hopefully a letter of apology will be forthcoming soon.
